Terrible customer service, I placed a mobile order and they couldn't find it in the system so they proceeded to argue with me in a very rude manor and refused to help resolve or correct the issue and then I was told they couldn't do anything after I had paid for food I didn't receive. No customer service or respect for their consumers at all, even the manager on shift, Billy, was no help and just wanted to argue with me the entire time for food that was already paid for. You should prioritize your customers when they are what keeps you in business. I will not be going back to this location, very unprofessional, uncalled for, and rude.

Honestly one of the most unfriendly locations around. The food wasn’t hot, the fries were stale and cold and when I was handed my drink they overfilled the cup and it spilled all over me. If you are looking for a quick bite, keep looking.

There is one employee here, a women who is always at the first window any time I come here.. she wears glasses, black hair, long eyelashes. I give this description because I want the manager to call her out because she is EXTREMELY rude everytime I see her. There is no need to treat people with such ugliness! Do better.

Birch Run MI McDonalds refused to fill my mobile order unless I was on site. I’ve been using the McDonald’s app for years and never had an issue with having my order filled at the location I selected. Today Burch Run McDonalds refused to fill my order because I wasn’t on site. I ordered a meal for a family member, paid for it and screen shot the code and receipt. They still refused to fill my paid order. Avoid this McDonalds, they selectively discriminate based on your location. When I called, I was told it’s basically too bad. Very disappointed in this franchise. My business will be going to a neighboring franchise when we need convenient food.

We stopped at the McDonald’s in Birchrun on our way to Niagara Falls. We were greeted at the door with the kindest and happiest lady I think I have ever met. Sally! She was so friendly with every single person that walked in the door. Every employee that we came in contact with Did a great job, but Sally really made us smile.

Im shocked by the negative reviews! I came here for two mobile order pickups for breakfast. They were able to take both order codes with ease. Our food was fresh, and we were able to get our food really cheap as well with the app. I appreciate the fast service.

Almost everytime me or my family goes to this McDonalds they aren’t always super friendly, half the time we get nuggets the sauce is almost never inside the bag, the fries hardly have any salt on them, the buns on our sandwiches are smooshed to hell, the burger is sliding half way off the bottom bun because people don’t know how to wrap. You may get a good experience, you may not, it’s always a mystery what you’ll get at this McDonald’s, I would take the extra few mins to go to another location
