Im shocked by the negative reviews! I came here for two mobile order pickups for breakfast. They were able to take both order codes with ease. Our food was fresh, and we were able to get our food really cheap as well with the app. I appreciate the fast service.

Almost everytime me or my family goes to this McDonalds they aren’t always super friendly, half the time we get nuggets the sauce is almost never inside the bag, the fries hardly have any salt on them, the buns on our sandwiches are smooshed to hell, the burger is sliding half way off the bottom bun because people don’t know how to wrap. You may get a good experience, you may not, it’s always a mystery what you’ll get at this McDonald’s, I would take the extra few mins to go to another location

The teenagers of an employee harassing me every time I go there so I don't go here much anymore due to disrespectful people who are associated with employees who work here so I do business elsewhere sometimes when it gets bad 👎

Best biscuit breakfast sandwich from any McDonald's I have ever visited! Fast and efficient.
I recently visited the Birch Run location to pick up a lunch order that a co-worker had placed online. This is the second time I have visited this location with issues. I understand the food industry has many customers with specific requests and can sometimes be outrageous, but that is no excuse for the rude behavior that I experienced from this staff. This is how my day went. On the app it has an option to pick up in store or at drive through. As I went into the McDonalds and approached the cashier, he could not find my order. Another associate overheard him and assisted in finding the order. When finding it she told me it had not been paid for. Mind you, I already had an online code, payment already processed from cash app and an email confirmation of my order?? The Manager on duty would not assist her at all. He just kept doing his own thing and replied to her “That is just Bullshit and it hasn’t been processed yet.” It was ordered 20 min prior to picking it up. Great customer service right there. She finally just completed the order and was making comments to the other associates. I stood behind the counter to ensure that the food was made without being tampered with. I will Never go back to this location. Also, their prices are way higher than other locations. I don’t want any accommodations other than workers that are understanding and friendly to their customers. This is not one of those places. You can tell the manager does NOT lead by example.

No matter how many times I say small sweet tea with my sons happy meal, and even put it through on the app and paid the uncharge they without fail give me the extra small. It's getting annoying though thankfully we only order here on occasion, we normally go to Frankenmuth and they don't mess up there.

It is McDonald's, so it's not like the quality of food is amazing, but the staff absolutely make it as best as it can be! The fries are always very fresh, burgers are hot, and the workers are kind. Seems cleaner on the inside compared to other McDonald's, as well.
