*ATTEMPTED* to order at drive thru. Had a code for 50% off a McCafé coffee. They couldn’t get it to work. I say fine, I’ll go without a code. So I wanted an iced caramel mocha. After about 3 minutes of asking me to wait, they tell me they don’t have that. I say alright, no big deal. I’d like a caramel frappe then. Another 3 minutes of waiting, they ring it up as a mocha. Not even a mocha frappe. A mocha. I tell them the error, they ask me to wait another “moment”. After another 4 minutes they ask if it was a Caramel Frappe I wanted. At this point, I have been sitting in the busy drive thru for 10 minutes, holding up the entire line. I end up driving away, this kind of service is completely unacceptable at noon on a Sunday.
