I have tried their nachos numerous times because they are so good. However, today we decided to try their pizza. Amazing! We live in Frankenmuth where there are like 8 different places to get pizza, all are within walking distance from our house. We will be making the drive from now on to get pizza from Notch yo. I personally like extra sauce, less cheese on my pizzas. Every single time I order it that way anywhere else- I end up with a dry pizza swimming in cheese. Not this time....

Amazing food. Best gluten free pizza - soft fluffy crust. Safe for sensitive celiac!!! Worth a 7 min drive from Frankenmuth if visiting the area nearby. Can make any pizza gluten free. Celiac recommended. Very nice owners came out to talk with us as well about his search for a great gluten free crust. Have a sit down area fast food style sit down area - order at counter and have tables. Pickle pizza is also with trying if you like pickles :)

Ordered here a few times now for take out. Once when it was their food truck.
Very pleased so far. Pizza and nachos were both delicious. Good value for the price.
We'll be ordering again!
