I never got her name but whoever did this cup deserves some recognition didn’t even mobile ahead order it either they were a tad bit busy and she decorated this with MUTIPLE!! She spent a lot of time on it though :)

Ordered online for in store and then after we arrived and parked walked to door and it said it was closed. We went through the super long drive through and by the time we received the drinks they were gross and melted. Kind of a scam.

Every time I come to this location, no one says hi. You are supposed to greet your customers when they come in. They all seem unpleasant. I’ve worked for Starbucks and as a former employee, Starbucks has completely changed and it is very sad that they do not try to connect with their customers at this store. Some of the baristas are friendly but most of them are not. Sad to see such a coffee company go down hill rapidly.

Rosey and her staff on 1st shift are the BEST. they know their customers and the drinks are always made perfectly. Now 2nd shift is the complete opposite, SLOW, rude and cannot make a drink for nothing. When I see the tall skinny black guy making my drink I know I'll have to take it back. He's a nice guy, but he cannot make a drink.
