Waited a long time for drinks, and when I asked about them after 15 minutes I just got “ we are swamped, we are really busy!!!” No, I’m sorry it’s taking so long… no customer service skills whatsoever.

Ordered ahead cause the line backs up to the road comes in 2 ways and the drive thru can take up to 30min. App said drinks would be done in 15min. Showed up at the time drinks were to be done and they hadn’t even started making the drinks. So ended up waiting another 15 minutes anyway. Just too slow at this location compared to most other locations.

I ordered through the app which I do a lot and it said it would be ready in 22 minutes and we waited in the Togo line that whole time. When we got to the window the barista said we only have one thing ready for your order with an apple juice in his hand. I asked how much longer it would take for our order and they told me that they were backed up and behind again I asked how long until the order is done? They had a hard time communicating with each other to tell me a time it would take to complete our drinks. Once I finally got the drinks my milk was over steamed. There was a sign on the door that said there was a 25 minute wait so they should have turned off the app ordering.

Went through the drive through took 10 minutes.. Then we got our drinks, mine was melted with way too many pumps of whatever and the other was wrong. Got them remade and when they came back mine just didnt taste like how it normally does. Maybe yall got a new hire but this is insane

I usually love Starbucks and order ahead through the app to make things easier, especially since my drink is a bit complicated. Today, I placed my order in advance and got in the drive-thru line, only to be told to pull around and wait because I “didn’t give them five minutes.” I wasn’t rude or rushing anyone, I just used the app like it’s designed to be used.

It’s frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience when I was actually trying to be efficient and considerate. If I had ordered directly through the drive-thru, the drink would’ve been made on the spot. I hope this location can work on consistency and tone, customers using mobile orders shouldn’t be punished for doing things the right way.

Ordered a strawberry acai and was given barely any syrup in it. Basically just straight water. Never really had a problem with this location besides small mistakes. Very upset that I paid $6 for water with a drop of syrup

some ppl here over the yrs have been iffy but whoever was here this morning made my drink so good n actually took time out of their day to make my cup so cute there was lil pumpkins all over it and just ugh I appreciate people who are this way 10/24 ( 5ish am )

Just sat in the drive-through line for 25 minutes to get two coffees with no food. And that 25 minutes me and three other cars got our orders. Over 6 minutes per car to get a coffee is insane.
