Before Corinne, the girl who is at drive-through every time I come now, service was great and it was a pleasant experience. Post– Corinne, my experience has been very unpleasant and uncomfortable. She is “fake” nice, and she makes me feel like an idiot every time I go to pay, which when you are paying that much for coffee, it should be a great experience! . I used to really like the Birch Run Starbucks because it was convenient for me, but now I will drive out of my way just to avoid Corinne, the girl at the drive-through. She is extremely off-putting, and she needs to not work with people directly!

Dropped by to get a Strawberry Refresher, however what I got was just water. I could tell they barely put any of the mix that makes the drink into mine, I regret leaving them a tip as I spent $6 on literal water. Won’t be returning to this location.

Birch Run location: We placed an order using the app. We got into line there were a few cars in front of us. We pull up to the speaker and let them know ours was ordered using the app they say pull up. So we are now 2 cars away from the window, when we get to the window they tell us our ordered isn't ready because it was an online order and they fill the orders of on-site first or some thing like that, she was mumbling and looking behind her like she didn't know really what to say. So I said hum okay well there was 2 cars in front of us who got their orders and so why didn't ours get made? She said yeah can u drive around again. I said how about I sit here and we get our stuff. She wouldn't do it made me drive around again so now I'm back behind the car that was next after me basically it was pointless to drive around again. We get to the window and our order was wrong. We were so annoyed we just took the wrong order threw it away after leaving and decided never to go back there after the horrible service, poor customer service and incorrect order. Personally I'd say AVOID going to that location. Oh and our order was 2 pink drinks that was all...

This store and many Starbucks are constantly understaffed to the point that the staff does not get breaks and are miserable and stressed. I’ve seen it in so many Starbucks I’ve visited, I’ve talked to upper management. They do not seem to care about their employees, please think about these things before going to visit any Starbucks location. The staff is doing their best, but when not supported by management, there is nothing they can do

Prices seem too high for my sensibilities. But really like the coffee. Inside is very cold, barren decor, vy sterile. Would never associate it as a coffee house-which denotes to me an inviting comfortable place to kickback and visit with friends. Offer agave nectar which I love, and is the only sweetener I'm able to use-a big plus for me.

Stopped in at 1710 in ordered a ice white chocolate mocha vente no whip definitely not what I got... These new people need to be taught correctly or there needs to be a set standard. I taste no mocha in this at all barely taste any white chocolate... This is my go to drink so it's not like. I am not knowledgeable in what I'm looking at and tasting here.
