Best BBQ I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the egg rolls, pulled pork and mac and cheese!
I do a little bbq’ing myself, like all middle aged white guys. I judge harshly. I swear to God, this was the best brisket that I have ever had, ever. The Mac and Cheese….. obnoxiously good. I wish I was trapped in a pool full of the Brisket and Mac and Cheese and was forced to eat my way out. I could do it. I will stalk this food truck like a lunatic.
