I do a little bbq’ing myself, like all middle aged white guys. I judge harshly. I swear to God, this was the best brisket that I have ever had, ever. The Mac and Cheese….. obnoxiously good. I wish I was trapped in a pool full of the Brisket and Mac and Cheese and was forced to eat my way out. I could do it. I will stalk this food truck like a lunatic.

I can’t say enough good things about sweet shine BBQ!! We used them to cater our wedding of about 140 people and every single person I spoke to commented on how amazing the food was and many people said it was the best wedding food they ever had! The team was so easy to work with, professional, punctual, and so nice! The buffet was beautiful and they boxed up and labeled all the leftovers which made clean up so easy! The food is absolutely amazing and the fact that it is ran by such amazing people makes it that much better! I 100% recommend them for any type of catering big or small!

Had a chance to give them a try at the food truck festival in St Johns, as a southerner I take my BBQ seriously and I can tell you they're legit! The pulled pork sandwich I had was massive, but cohesive, it didn't fall apart and the flavor was spot on, loved the addition of pickled onions as well as the pickles I could tell were homemade. I also tried their blueberry BBQ sauce and loved it, and the cornbread casserole was excellent. I prefer it over plain cornbread, it wasn't dry and it complemented the sandwich. Highly recommended!
You would truly expect their food at a high end restaurant. The food is prepared beautifully with the consumer in mind and you can tell. They take such care of menu making everything from scratch and you can definitely tell in the amazing quality of food. I will recommend them over and over again. They are also the nicest people!!! Thank you guys so much for being true to your love of food ❤️❤️

As a person who hates BBQ anything. I tried their pulled pork Mac and cheese bowl and it was to die for. I actually ate the whole bowl with their Sweet Shine BBQ sauce. I would do it again. 100% recommend. 👌 👏 👍 I even went back for seconds to take home after work.
