OMG, as another reviewer said, this is bbq on another level...I had to try it and now i get it! I think it's the amazing combo of quality, quantity, and flavors. Sides are fresh and big...waffle fries are golden and crispy. Housemade sauces are great...if you get the chance, try Raspberry Rage...wow!
I do a little bbq’ing myself, like all middle aged white guys. I judge harshly. I swear to God, this was the best brisket that I have ever had, ever. The Mac and Cheese….. obnoxiously good. I wish I was trapped in a pool full of the Brisket and Mac and Cheese and was forced to eat my way out. I could do it. I will stalk this food truck like a lunatic.
Definitely looking forward to seeing you guys somewhere again. The Brisket Mac and Cheese Egg Rolls were outstanding! Fun and interesting sauces to choose from and a quick, professional staff. Impressive set-up!
