One of the best taco bells ive been too! Night crew yall are killing it friendly, fast and fresh food. Kudos the older lady was a sweetheart! I will travel out of my way for this taco bell! Good job

I had a pretty large order.
With a lot of special details, like no tomatoes extra cheese no onions. With everything I threw at them, they got the order perfect, the first time.

Today Missy was so kind on the drive thru that she made me teary after a bad day.
Everything was made as expected and on point
We ordered Mexican pizzas they were absolutely disgusting taste like the bottom shell was burnt we had to just throw them away didn't even eat the rest of the food we got from here and I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever again

If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me start this out by saying that I don’t like to complain. But I went to Taco Bell on 1/27/25 at 12:41am. When I got there, I set up the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes before somebody even Took my order. They were not busy at all. They made me repeat myself over and over and over. All I got was three steak quesadillas with light cream jalapeño and two large Baja. she was extremely rude on speaker. Then when I got up to the window, she didn’t even talk to me. She didn’t acknowledge me or anything. She opened the window she took the money, closed it, and then gave me my food a couple minutes later. Her name was Eve B. Eve didn’t say anything to me. She was extremely pissed off that we ordered that this time of night. Eve was even rolling her eyes at us. Then when she handed us our food, I told her to have a beautiful night and she slammed the window on me without responding. Extremely terrible customer service. They were rude the second I got there until I left. They were even cussing at us. Worst of all my 2 Baja tasted like water park water. We didn’t even drink it because we were scared that we were going to get sick. It wasn’t even green. I will never be back.Eve I hope something gets done about your attitude and terrible customer service. I have been working in customer service for the last 10+ years of my life. If I would’ve treated anybody the way you treated us I would’ve lost my job.Eve I will be calling in the morning and complaining to the manager. Birch run taco Bell is not with it. They have completely lost me.
This is literally the best Taco Bell that I've ever been to The food was fresh The shells were full everything was delightful and customer service was fantastic.

Not good...employee making food touching cash register and making food with them same dirty gloves
If you like a $5.59 Chicken Chalupa that's empty except for some lettuce, one tomato bit, and 3 shreds of cheese, this is your Taco Bell! 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I mean really? I even asked for extra cheese which is another .55 cents...EVERY table was dirty too...thanks Birch Run..we will be sure to never stop at your Taco Bell again...hideous and laughable.

I asked to place my order with the young man and not use kiosk but I was told no because the register wasn’t working yet as we struggled with Kiosk because we were not trained on the machine yet the next couple who came in right after us miraculously the register was fixed. They received their food first because we had to order at Kiosk. Then tea dispenser had sweetened tea on BOTH sides. I was offered my money back. I questioned it’s not at drive thru she responded it’s the same line. Really? So at about 1:40 pm was I the first to mention it? As she handed me my money at that time she mentions she could have blown the line and fixed it but why would I want to wait. I told her I could have waited.
