I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars…every time I come thru the drive thru I’m greeted with TERRIBLE customer service…no “hi how are you today?” Or “your food will be right up” the people I’ve encountered in the drive thru are rude or have no personality whatsoeverAlso, the most recent time I went to try their new food items, my food was served cold! I am not the biggest Taco Bell fan but I would not go here as it seems like some times the crew members are polite others are rude.Please work on your customer service skills and make sure people are receiving fresh/properly prepared food

The Mexican pizza was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like plastic. I have had it before, and it is so delightful. I am not calling back or coming back to get a refund. I'm on my way home, and I never throw out food, but I will be today.

Every single time I come here it’s like the workers are stupid. every single time even when I asked them at the window to give me sauce they never give it to me. They’re constantly forgetting at least one or two of my items probably won’t be coming back here because this place sucks so bad and expectations are already pretty low When it’s Taco Bell.

This place has to be the worst fast food restaurant in the world. I don't come here often but every single time I do, you have to go back through a second or third time to get your order correct. I went through and spent 10 dollars on two nacho fries with cheese and steak on them and what I got was just shit. I'd go back to get it fixed but they would just spit in it so I just threw it away. 0/1000000 this place sucks.

But I do love seeing good work environments, management giving support and direction, as well as training for new associates. During my visit a few days ago, I ordered my food, and it came out within 3 minutes of ordering it. In that time I heard orders given, saw training in the back, and heard another worker helping an employee. We love a supportive team. The food I did get was also fresh, and good. Keep up the good work and positive attitude.Update: The only food I have complaints around at ethe cinnamon twists. For whatever reason the past few months every cinnamon twist I have gotten tastes absolutely awful, inedible. The taste lingers no matter what you eat after. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's a chemical/metal taste.

We recently visited the Taco Bell in Birch run Michigan. The place was spotless. The employees were so kind. Had no problem taking time explaining things to us and I went crazy for an item that we don't have in Canada and it was a shredded chicken and cheese taco that had been rolled up in a tortilla and lightly deep fried served with spicy ranch. Although I had sour cream, I couldn't stop eating these. They were so fabulous and now I'm home and can't get them anymore. So I have to put my thinking cap on and try to produce them because we don't have them here

Went through drive-thru. The food was amazing after a long day. Tacos made right, full of meat, and shells were freshly made. Cinnabon bites were delicious, and i think they gave me extra, which i didn't mind. Like, I'll take more and pay for it next time.
