This is a diner. If you go in looking for diner-type food, service and atmosphere you will not be disappointed. Crazy amounts of bacon arrive with your BLT or breakfast. The strawberry jam is great. We stop in every trip to Michigan. We always leave with leftovers and a tub of the strawberry jam.
While in Frankenmuth we stopped at Tony's TWICE bcause it was so good. The portions are HUGE! We had dinner and breakfast. I even got the breakfast with a POUND of bacon. Brought some home and made 4-BLT sandwhiches! Cost was very reasonable, especially since there is no way to be able to finish it all. A must stop if you are hungry. Homemade bread & jam were awesome too.
We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ??...
