Old burger meat. Old dry meat in chili. Flies everywhere in the dining area. I counted 6! Terrible place. Worst burger I ever had at a Wendy's.

8/21/25 - The two ladies working the drive thru yesterday around 2pm, they were SO sweet and friendly! Asked how our day was, suggested shopping options and food was great! I’m telling you, it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We're a Military family traveling. My husband is a US NAVY CHIEF, we ordered using our mobile app. & when we arrived they gave us only half of our order. We went back through the drive thru to get the rest of our food. We were told that our receipt printed out partially. We were questioned as if we were lying. We were accused of placing the order on a different day. The level of racism & accusations were like no other. I will NEVER come here again! NEVER! We spent $27 & only got 3 kids' meals. The guy was so nasty & disrespectful. I asked for a refund & was told I had to request it through the app.

2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I almost just left at how long it was taking. They seemed a bit frantic inside, but it wast that busy. Checked the bag before leaving. They forgot a drink, straws, and all the dipping sauces.

Not one normally to complain, as I have worked the fast food industry. But they were not busy and I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, and they told me it was fresh.. my fries were cold, they didn’t put the cheese on my cheese burger and my sandwich wasn’t even warm. Will not go back

The floors were sticky, the staff acted like I was bothering them just trying to order and my both my burgers were cold and undercooked. wont be coming back.
Workers standing around, nothing to do, most of the tables needed wiping. Chicken nuggets were not very hot in temperature, I ate them, but should have ordered hot off grill, that would be worth the wait.

I just went through at 10pm and they said they were closed when the hours in this place says they close at 10:30. It's not worth the time to even come here.
