Everyone was great except for a girl named Sammy was snobby and awful the whole time and kept yawning and moving at a snails pace. Thankfully Lyndsie stepped in and got us our food after 25 minutes.

The pretzels are always fresh and tasty! I have always had as pleasant experience with the staff and the establishment is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Wetzels Pretzels!

Great experience at Wetzel’s! They were packed on a busy back-to-school Sunday, and yet the employees were awesome. They handled each customer so smoothly and created a top-notch experience. We loved the employee characters drawn on the windows of the shop— clearly the employees have much pride in their work, and it shows! Thanks for the delicious snack and wonderful experience!

Delicious pretzel bits and super fun + friendly staff! Of course it's a bit pricy but it's a wonderful treat to stop for between all the outlets, and I will certainly be coming back.

Have never had this before and can say I wont be going back without a doubt. I was thinking with how good it smelled it would taste so much better but I was left disappointed. Its also almost $9 for wetzel bits which isn't cheap. Not worth it. Flavorless with hardly any salt and did not taste fresh :/

The pretzels here are very soft and buttery. The lemonade uses real lemons and is very refreshing. The service is also very good.

First time being here. Nice, clean place. Friendly service, fresh food! Terri recommended the frozen strawberry lemonade and I'm glad she did, new favorite.

I don't understand the bad reviews. We stopped in and the employees are friendly everything was fresh and the prices weren't too bad for fresh pretzels. I'll definitely be back!

I arrived a half hour before close, ordered an almond pretzel and was told by the woman waiting on me that they could not put almonds on a pretzel because it was a peanut allergy and they only had what was available in the case. Very bummed, I frequent this location very often but will think twice before coming back. My guess is they already had everything cleaned so they didn't want to have to take 5 extra minutes to re-sanitize. This kind of customer service doesn't sit right with me. If you're open until 7, everything on the menu should be available until 7.

This place is awful now they used to have the best most friendly staff there. They now have some lady working in there that has the absolute WORST attitude and throws customers orders at them after refusing to cancel the order I stood for SIXTEEN MINUTES waiting on ONE pretzel that she stated would only take SIX MINUTES. She then proceeded to call security when I left the establishment. Don’t dish out what you can’t take!! don’t be rude to people repetitively (cause this isn’t the first time with her, explains why she can’t keep employees) and expect them to not ask you to stop having an attitude. I’m sorry you’re the only one working and that’s frustrating I get it but being nice would get you a lot further with people.
