This little place may not look like much, but the food is wonderful! The atmosphere reminded me of a local town hall, not fancy, but very welcoming. There appeared to be an area for kids to play, so it seems very family friendly. They are best known by the locals for their breakfast, which comes in large portions at very reasonable prices. They have wonderful hommade bread and the burger was great. The fries were a bit undercooked, but that was my fault since I appeared to be the only one ordering a burger at brunch. There appeared to be only 1 waiter, so things took a while, but she was doing a wonderful job considering there were several large groups. Overall, I would say it is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

Enjoyed the daily special of meatloaf today as well as a ham and cheese omelette. Food portion was super. Service was great. The cost was outstanding good for the size of the portions. Would recommend if your in the area stop in and try it out

Our breakfast was fantastic! Fresh made American fried potatoes, pancakes, and corned beef hash were all some of the best we have had. Our server was great, friendly and courteous. She came by more than once to ask if things were OK with our meal! Pricing is very reasonable for the quantity of food served! We are looking forward to coming back!

Great little place with really good food and a fun staff. Expect to hear neighbors and friends talking loudly to each other as it should be.Update: since the fire I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Service was slow. Food was OK and that was to be expected when they first returned. But things have an approved that much. My wife and I and granddaughter were alone with one other couple across the other side of the restaurant and the two gentlemen sitting at the big table Simply waiting for their orders when we arrived. Took almost 30 minutes for us to get her order and we watch does Dale argued back-and-forth with the hostess /waitress and when his meal was to arrive. we finished up and again almost empty. We still had to wait over five minutes to have our bill checked out so we could leave and head on home. Being one of two small groups, there’s absolutely no excuse for cold food or wait times especially when you just wanna pay your bill and get out of there. we really had high hopes of having something within a few miles once again so we could enjoy a quick breakfast nearby at a quality restaurant right here in the neighborhood, but my hopes, for that have dwindled to virtually nothing.
