25 mins for 6 soft drinks and a coffee. Only for them to tell us coffee machine is being cleaned. I think they could have told us that 25 mins ago? Got home and one drink that was supposed to be sprite is water. Well done

I went to McDonald's during the winter they did not clear off the canopy and ended up busting open my window in my van door with my child sitting there. Be careful

Very disappointed as far as I'm concerned their price are way over and above than any other McDonald's I have ever gone to. Granite for an ice cream is 245 and a hamburger on the dollar menu is cheaper. They need to look into this they are price gouging. Everywhere else around here is a does McDonald's is located in a small town whoever owns that is taken advantage of people very sad.

I went to this restaurant on July 4th, 2025 while I was traveling. I'm 54 years old and have lived and traveled all over the country, as well as in at least 10 other countries, and have never received the kind of exceptional service that I received at the Blissfield, MI McDonald's today. Truly world class service, and I don't give compliments lightly.

I waited a half an hour at the curbside spot for my order. I waited because I thought maybe they were busy and wanted to be patient but I ended up going inside because there was no line for the drive through and people were going through the line and getting their food before I got mine. When I went in I said I had a curbside order and the guy just nodded and gave me my order which was sitting on the counter ready to go. He didn’t apologize at all for the wait. The food was fine, everything was correct. The ranch was hot so I knew the food must’ve been ready for a while. I was pretty sure the guy at the counter had seen my car at the curbside spot, I saw him look out from my car. That was 20 minutes before I went in. Just beware if you order curbside here.

I usually don’t complain but I just went through the drive through to get a Carmel ice coffee And they only put one creamer or even that i can’t even drink it. I asked for 5 cream and 4 sugar but didn’t get it. My coffee is dark. It’s usually for lighter than this. My morning is ruined. They weren’t even busy only had two cars in front of me and one behind so 4 cars total. The lady handed my drink and sandwich so fast like they were but they weren’t. I stopped at 627am.
