I had to tell the guy to change his gloves because I have heart problems and cannot have hot peppers and he got an attitude because it was cross-contamination of hot pepper juice on my sandwich would have been everybody needs to quit Cox contaminating our food
Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to walk right up into the store no problem even if you had a wheelchair just make sure you tell the guy to change his gloves

Bad service. Overall very unfriendly employees. Employees look very unhappy. Employees don’t seem like they want to be there. Bread is dry. Will never spend my money at this subway again. Needs new management or ownership. If you want a good sandwich go to the subway inside the Walmart in Adrian.

You never know when someone’s gonna be there and they’re gonna be open
Paid extra for "more meat" and there were 8 total pieces of pepperoni on the foot long sub. Paid $3 for mozzarella and what little cheese there was on the sub, was pitiful. Turkey sub had less turkey on it than other Subways we've ordered from. Asking for "more" pickles means 6 total pickles. Will NOT order from this Subway again.

So I ordered doordash from here and had to go pick it up myself after an hour because the delivery driver never got assigned.
The ladies here were very helpful and understanding. They even gave me the info I needed to call and complain to doordash. Proving I picked it up myself.
The subs were good as always.
Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because they seemed to know about the doordash problems but still offer it.

So done with this place. 1st bad experience was like a year ago. Was told that if you ordered a "Series" sub, that you HAD TO get what was listed on the ingredients with no modifications. 2nd time, waited for like 15-20 minutes while the person in front of me got their subs made, only to find out when they went to cash out, that it was cash only. And the 3rd & final time was today. Ordered a sub and the staff member started to make it, then told me they were out of one of the meats. Changed my order to a different sub and had it all built, only to then be told on that one, that they were out of pickles. It was the Pickleball Club, so that probably should have triggered them to mention that, BEFORE building it. Left and went to Shellie's Subs in the bowling alley, instead. Way better.

The last two times I've ordered food online from this store, it has been shut down in the middle of the day. It is unbelievable to me that they even have online ordering, and then to have a sign in the store that says coupons are only done on the app..? If that's how it's going to be, then just do the bare minimum and have a worker there when the store should be open, or figure out how to close your online ordering when closing the store down for 2 hours in the middle of the day. Paying ahead for my meal, and getting there to an empty restaurant with a sign that says the worker won't be back for over an hour is unacceptable. The last time, they did indeed hook me up on my next visit, but for 2 of the past 3 times that I've been up there they haven't had anybody working the store during business hours is just frustrating. I seriously don't normally post bad reviews, but come on guys, just keep your doors open when they should be open! I didn't think that would be a difficult task to handle!!

Not sure what is going on there, barely looks open, three people working and one table had three drinks and sandwiches on it. Half of the pop machine selections were out of order.

If I could give zero stars I would, Soon as I come in to the store smells like weed badly..I was getting me and my children subs and got to the part where u pick ur toppings and the lettuce was brown!!! I asked to talk to the manager (use to be a sweet old man months ago) And this short girl with glasses comes out of the back and she was very intoxicated. I asked her questions and she just stood there staring at me ..didn't say much of anything other then she was sorry and offered me a bag of chips...then I heard her co worker in the back start laughing..smh Be warned stay away from this Subway! They need to close it down. They are serving unsafe food here!
