The service is great, attentive and kind. Food delivery was slow, and the food just okay. Duck was dry, pasta too salty, cool whip instead of whipped cream on the dessert. Manager offered to bring different food, but who wants to wait after already waiting an hour? They packed up the dining room so it could be vacuumed 30 minutes before close.

My husband and I went out there for my birthday specifically to get the pasta that was made in the cheese wheel tableside. We made a reservation for Sunday night and were told once we ordered that we couldn't get it in the wheel like on the menu (the menu doesn't listed any restrictions on days/times when it can be done). When we asked why it had something to do with how many managers were on staff at the time, which we understood. Then when my husband asked when would be the best time to come, only Fridays and Saturdays were the options. My main take out of this is make sure if you're driving out for that to call ahead and make sure it's available on the night you're booking.

And secondly... To Andiamo... Please mark on your menu or put some kind of information on when that is realistically available. We drove over an hour and a half and made a trip around going to Detroit for this dinner and I'm sure other people do the same if not drive WAY longer for that experience.

It was fabulous and your waiter Rich, deserves a raise or promotion. He made the whole experience outstanding. I'm a long term customer and all your service people are great, but Rich stood out. Thanks.

Them seemed more intersted in clearing the table then making sure we were having a good time. The food was not great, but not bad. However 100% not worth the price.

Absolutely incredible experience, at Andiamo. Truly excellent food, and exceptional service and hospitality. This is the gold standard for hospitality.

Our server was phenomenal, attentive and very personable with our table. The taste of all of our food was also amazing, full of flavor and at a perfect temperature

Michiko was absolutely wonderful even with as busy as she was with all the tables she had on Father's Day.

Our hostess and waitress were first class & provided outstanding service and food & beverage recommendations. Our meal was delicious. We loved listening to Jennifer & Dominic during dinner and later in the bar area. The bartenders were attentive and excellent. Thank you for a terrific evening!

Half the table enjoyed their dinners. Mushroom app was lacking mushrooms - Chicken Olivia was lacking flavor. I thought it was rather rude to box up uneaten dinners while some were still eating. Expected a better experience all around from this restaurant. I hope it was just an off night.

My friend and I celebrated a birthday lunch. Our server was delightful and the food was delicious.

Food was very good Candy our server was spectacular. Very knowledgeable of the foods on the menu. Knew ingredients, how prepared and best way to order. Her recommendations; spot on. She was very friendly, courteous and a delight to have. Yes we will be going back

On time. Very good. Had calamari, gnocchi, and sea bass. Good service. Always a pleasure going there

Service and food are consistently high quality. Reservation process was easy and the noise level was conducive and low enough to have a meaningful lunch conversation.
