Hello, so I made a special trip from Northville to your restaurant for the first time! The gentleman that greeted me and took my order was very friendly! I ordered the jerk chicken, jasmine rice and greens! My food was really good! I will definitely be back to try his ribs with his special sauce. Oh and I got my sorrel juice. Let’s see how that works. I heard hibiscus and sorrel juice is good for you. Thanks again @ Bobbie Que’s in West Bloomfield.

Fine food
Had the curry goat dinner. It was very good and fresh. Could have used more goat and less bones. But, all n all; Worth it!! Will be going back to try some other Jamaican entries.

Everything was excellent. The people and the food. Tried the rib tips, red beans and rice, and turnip greens. The ribs were very tender and sweet but not too sweet. The red beans/rice had just enough heat and very good. The greens were excellent. No stems or hard parts. Melt in you mouth. Love me some good greens. Definitely when I'm in the area I'm going back.

It’s hard to find Jamaican food out here but to our surprise this hidden gem stuck out like sore thumb and we had to try it. The food was HOT, FRESH and DELICIOUS. Not only that we were able to have a conversation with the owners to find out they are a Family owned operation with such great experience and history. The atmosphere was very light and friendly and the staff was impeccable. This will be my new spot from here on out. Jerk chicken fries and ox tails were on POINT like granny made them. 10/10

Great food and customer service
A friend told me today about this new restaurant in the area, and I was excited to try it out. After looking up the menu online, I placed an order for two oxtail dinners—mine with plantains and mustard greens, and the other with rice and beans and mac and cheese. I also ordered some spicy beef patties. According to the menu, each dinner was supposed to include jalapeño cornbread as well. I sent my son to pick up the food, and after he arrived, the young man at the counter informed him they had run out of plantains (this was at 5 PM, for reference) and suggested I pick another side. Knowing my son doesn’t like dealing with these kinds of situations, I wondered why they didn't tell me about the shortage when I placed the order, especially since the food was ready in just 15 minutes. I settled for rice and beans instead.
When my son got home with the food, I noticed my plate had rice and oxtails, along with a side of rice and beans. Now, what am I supposed to do with all that rice along with a side of rice and beans? If the meal already came with rice, someone should’ve mentioned it when I was asked to choose a different side, so I wouldn’t end up with an excess of rice and barely any beans. Then, I realized my spicy beef patties were missing from the bag. My son didn’t notice, so I called the restaurant to let them know. The employee confirmed the patties were still there and offered either a refund or for me to come back and pick them up. I told him I wanted the patties and asked if they were going to offer anything for the inconvenience, considering I’d already had to substitute the plantains I wanted. The response? “No, we already replaced your plantains with rice and beans, so you can come get your patties or take a refund.” Really?!
I said okay, knowing I’d be writing a review. After my son left to pick up the patties, I realized the cornbread that, according to the menu, was supposed to come with each meal was also missing. My son asked about it when he got to the restaurant, and the young man replied, “Oh, it wasn’t out of the oven yet.” So I guess if we just forgot about it, then they would too. smh. Unacceptable.
While the oxtails were good (I’d rate them 8/10), everything else was disappointing and doesn’t even deserve a rating. I was genuinely excited to support this new restaurant, especially since they serve one of my favorite dishes, but sadly, I won’t be returning.
Unfortunately, I didn't bother to read the reviews before placing my order, and after what other patrons have rated their experience, I don't understand why they have chosen not to improve on the quality of their food and their customer service.

It’s so disheartening that there are bad reviews about this place on here but everyone’s experience is different. My food was excellent! The greens, Mac n cheese & jerk chicken wings were flavorful, hot & fresh. My husband had the fried shrimp which he stated was fresh & crispy. The only reason why we didn’t give 5 stars is because my husband’s fries were a bit greasy. Other than that we enjoyed the food & will continue to support. We are so happy there is a spot like this near us. ??

Just left this place like 10 minutes ago, And i could NOT wait to eat this food, I took one bite in the car, and the food didn’t make it home LOL! the Jerk Wings were my favorite and my Daughter LOVED those oxtails! 10/10 must recommend

The reviews on here got to be fake this place is horrible I know they're not going to last at that establishment I wish them luck but I would never come back there again don't spend your money
