Picked order up after ordering in person. Tried to enroll in loyalty program but glitches, wiped out my number without sending a pin to complete enrollment what a bummer!

I placed my order (told 15 mins) but went to pick up right away. I live 2 miles away if that. My food was already done. I get home, my ribs were barely warm and my potatoes looked like they were old and also barely warm. And an obscene amount of butter was put on them to where it transferred over and my ribs were sitting in it. Butter also escaped and was all inside the bag.
Considering prices are going up, yall really should do better for the customers who continue to business with yall.

Last night I asked for no butter on my potatoes, and the cashier accidentally puts butter on… not a problem, mistakes happen all the time, but instead of giving me new potatoes, they dump the buttered ones back in the fryer, put them in a new container, then hand them back to me… right in front of my face…

I have never been anything but nice in this establishment. It took everything in my power to not lose it…

Absolutely unbelievable, unacceptable, disrespectful, lazy, and sad. I will never spend another dime at this business again.

Great lunch spot. Very clean, u can see the food being prepared in front of you. Chicken is always hot+delicious, just wish they had Mac and cheese.

Lindsey is the best cook now, in the whole wide world!!! I always request that my chicken is cooked well well or done done and today Lindsey cooked it like a pro!! Thank you Lindsey and if you aren’t cooking it, I may not buy it!!

Very disappointed at the size of the 4 piece wing snack. Pieces were so small it should have been called chicken nuggets. I had more potatoes than chicken.
