Employee attitude unreal. Zero for customer service. Zero accountability. 100 percent laziness. And that’s the manager mind you. Flips a cone upside down in a cup when I asked her I need it to go. When I tell her politely that she smashed it, she pull it out literally all smashed n gaslight me that it’s it’s fine. Wow.
Friendly service. Love that they were open for a late night treat. There were a lot of people visiting when we arrived. Took a little whole to get our ice cram and it was easy to mistake our ice cream for someone elses. Indoor seating with lots of room. There is a separate glassed in party room for rent.
Terrible service! Disrespectful staff.
Decent place, but not great at customer service. Recently ate some likely bad pineapple in a banana split. Didn’t ask for, nor expected, a refund or alternative, met with snobby angry attitude when I just suggested they check the pineapple. I’ve had plenty of canned pineapple and banana splits in my life lol. This wasn’t right- but sure go ahead and make people sick. Anything for a dollar here in Metro Detroit.
The Dairy Queen sucks. First they give me 10 sprinkles second they give me the wrong ice cream third they give me the wrong ice cream again fourth they’re super rude. It stiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinks
I came here for the first time in a while. I just found out DQ serves banana splits. I got one and it was soooo good. For $5.99 it was well worth it. The staff was friendly, quick, and the table that I sat at was clean. I definitely recommend the banana split.
They no longer have outside seating and most of their inside seating was closed off. Finally, they didn't have items listed on their menu. I had a small blizzard and the bottom half was essentially plain ice cream with none of the requested flavoring in it.
Try the royal cheese cake blizzard!!
Amazing customer service! Very talented cake writing :)

Disappointing Experience!
We visited this location at 9:20 PM, but the seating area was already closed. When I inquired, the cashier explained they needed to clean since they were closing soon. However, the posted hours clearly state the location closes at 10 PM. Denying seating 40 minutes before closing (for eating ice cream) is frustrating and should be clearly noted in the hours, such as specifying that after 9 PM, service is takeout-only.
We specifically skipped dessert at the restaurant next door so our kids could enjoy ice cream here, which made the situation even more disappointing.
Additionally, despite seeing at least three staff members, the service was very slow, and there were a few mistakes with our order, making it feel rushed.
On a positive note, I’d like to commend the cashier who has a speech impediment. He was very sweet, polite, and provided good service despite the challenges.

Like most restaurants in 2024 the employees at this Dairy Queen decide to close at will.
