Disappointing Experience!
We visited this location at 9:20 PM, but the seating area was already closed. When I inquired, the cashier explained they needed to clean since they were closing soon. However, the posted hours clearly state the location closes at 10 PM. Denying seating 40 minutes before closing (for eating ice cream) is frustrating and should be clearly noted in the hours, such as specifying that after 9 PM, service is takeout-only.
We specifically skipped dessert at the restaurant next door so our kids could enjoy ice cream here, which made the situation even more disappointing.
Additionally, despite seeing at least three staff members, the service was very slow, and there were a few mistakes with our order, making it feel rushed.
On a positive note, I’d like to commend the cashier who has a speech impediment. He was very sweet, polite, and provided good service despite the challenges.

The servers are always delightful and kind! They’re always happy to make your ice cream just right! I love my vanilla cone 🍦 10/10!!!

have been coming here for years, always great :) i asked a question about the confetti cake cone and they were nice enough to put some of the dip into a cup so i could try it. 10/10

Delicious!

The worst part of this location is the manager,Alissa and the owner because he hired her. She manages with threats instead of communication. She claims to be on your side then threatens to fire you for being sick. Its management responsibility to find ppl to work. ALISSA likes to intimidate the employees because they are young and the racial microaggressions are definitely there. She needs to learn how to mange effectively. Have your kids work somewhere else if you can. The one on 9 mile and middlebelt is good go there.

I couldnt flip my blizzard like in the ads and it spilled all over the ground, Communist propaganda, will not come back.
