Einstein Bros. Bagels

Very sweet crew and obviously delicious food. Chloe personally went out of their way to make my day today. 11/10 will return!

I had such a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were treated with so much respect and warmth — honestly, it felt like being around family rather than just stopping in at a restaurant.

The caramel macchiato was the best I’ve ever had, and the salmon bagel was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. You can really tell when people care about what they’re doing, and that showed in both the food and the service.

Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. Experiences like this are what make people want to come back, and I definitely will. I’ve never asked for every team members names, but I had such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back here more often. That’s for sure. But shout out to Roshawn, Skylar, April they are the best. Thank you girls

Great service

Something has happened to destroy what used to be a pleasant experience at Einstein Bagels. It’s almost like a private equity group now controls Einstein.

Find another Einstein. The staff is rude and has a chip on their shoulders. I waited 15 minutes while my sandwich sat wrapped up on the counter getting cold, until another employee had to prompt this employee to complete the order. Non apologetic when I got my order. When you pay this kind of money for a bagel, you hope for a better experience. Enjoying my cold food now. Yes, I'm sure management will respond and apologize. Talk to your staff, not me. I'm not coming back.

You took the power protein bagel off the menu. That's the only thing I ever got here. I won't be back until it's back on the menu.

Food was good. Very rude staff. My name was called and I went to where we had picked up the drinks. That was not where I was supposed to go, but I was unaware of. And the worker then grabbed the order and set it back down and said that I guess Diane‘s not getting her order. And then when I came over to where he was and said my name, he ignored me, and when he finally did pay attention, his mumbled under his breath. “I guess you should’ve payed attention.” I understood it was busy. But just plain rudeness is not necessary.

My morning started off rough, I decided to stop in for a bite. Everyone in this place really lifted my spirits. Staff was so kind and joyful. Appreciate all of you for sharing the smile.

So i'm not sure what happened at this location today. Went in to grab some breakfast and when I got to the counter not a single bagel was made. Every basket was empty.

Thank you so much Andrew and Nina they were very helpful and accommodating. Andrew was nice to get me a new blackberry Lemonade. And Nina paid attention to the many details I had on my order. Once again thank you so much for giving me your attention and answering my questions. While attending to other customers and their needs as well.

Einsteins is pretty mid, but this location has a super friendly staff and the store is kept impeccably clean. It’s clear the staff takes a lot of pride in great service and a welcoming environment.

Einstein bros is GREAT and HALF price of other places. The coffee is smooth with no bitter aftertaste. I am greated by name by at least 3 or 4 people everytime I walk in. It's nice to know that my business matters! Plus with my rewards points I get freebies. Today was bagel and cream cheese...free! Terrific place!
