Food quality is way down. Been coming here for years and it keeps getting worse. Last straw was yesterday 10/22. Got a pizza that was horrible. Bland and overcooked.

So basically I ordered a duo pizza with garlic herb and butter cheese crust (two types of pepperoni) with they didn’t put the cupped pepperonis and they didn’t put either of the two crust flavors I ordered…I went back in and asked to speak to a manager and the man at the front desk goes What’s wrong with the pizza I said what was wrong with it and from that moment he got defensive, rude, snappy and loud with me I eventually just asked for a refund bc atp I’m going to have spit in my pizza…but never did he say he was sorry for HIS mistake nor try to make things right worst hungry howies I’ve ever been to!!!! And of course I tipped when I first went it and he wasn’t trying to give me my tip back bc his employees didn’t put the tip into the computer. Why would I tip if my pizza was messed up and the ppl were rude.

I remember Hungry Howies from going up in Ypsilanti, Michigan about 1981 or so . Pizza is still damn good and the staff was cool. Steve was cool and professional. Bravo!

I have ordered from this location many times in the past. The food is always good but tonight, a woman who answered the phone was downright rude and aloof when I was expressing an order issue. Customer service is key, and it was a letdown tonight.

What a joke....Order on the app for delivery and it says 40 minutes. No problem. Well almost an hour and a half later I call to find out it wasn't even out for delivery yet. But the app said the order was complete. Look elsewhere. Wish I could give it zero stars

I give a five star for a worker at hungry Howie's name Alex he was responsible and nice on the phone but I had a problem with a disrespectful worker that answered the phone there it was a lady who got smart and kept hanging up on me and disrespecting me she was a lady that work at hungry Howie's she is rude and disrespectful ass hell but Alex was nice and respectful to me I like Alex that's the only reason that Iam giving you a five star cus of Alex that works at hungry Howie's on Baldwin Street in Pontiac Michigan
