Is it me or do all the sandwich shops in this area suck? Online ordering is pointless if it's not ready at pickup time. I go in and order at the counter which is a total Bs. I ended up walking out after waiting 15 min to take my order. Why?Yes the wait was long but there was also open, unpackaged cut lunch meat just sitting on top of the unopened lunch meat inside the cooler at the counter. We are trusting these establishments to properly make our food to not get us sick. We should all just start packing our lunches and maybe these businesses will turn it around. Also I'm supposed to leave a tip on a $17 sandwich that took 20 minutes to make give me a break. I should have taken a photo of the lunch meat in the cooler.

I am at this location several times per month for work ( I provide lunch to Optometrists from out of state who visit here) and I have never had an experience like yesterday. I placed my online order at 11:30 AM for a 12:00 PM Pick up. I had 2 separate orders (1 with 1 regular sub and 1 order with a regular sub and a bowl so not like I had a huge order). My and my assistant arrived at 12:00 to pick up the food and there were about 20 people inside most waiting for their orders and some waiting to order.

The place was chaos, after 10 minutes I inquired about my order, as I am there often enough they don't usually have to ask my name. I was ignored by 2 crew members and the crew member who looked to be a manager or shift lead. Took a stack of about 20 or 30 tickets from online orders and started yelling names. She called mine and it was clear the order had not even been started yet.

They started my order at 12:25, but only completed 1. So then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to complete the second order. The store was filthy, there was a puddle of grease and cheese on the floor in front of the grill, and the sandwich prep area was covered in oil and food, they were wrapping sandwiches and handing them to customers with oil and lettuce bits all over the bags.

The whole crew was moving super slow and ignoring customers and calling out names for completed orders barley above a whisper. Several people were still waiting 30 minutes after their order was completed because they did not hear their names and they were being ignored when they tried to inquire.

This is not typical for this location. So I wanted to file an internal "complaint" to make management aware and if you go on the website and complete the form it will not allow you to submit the complaint. But if you fill it out as a compliment you can submit successfully.

I hope this was a one off for being short staffed, but ultimately I would have liked to be able to privately bring this to their attention instead of having to leave a bad Google Review.

Why don’t you put the pick up/ online orders on the shelf they’re supposed to be on? I don’t understand what the point of placing an online order is if I have to wait for someone to get it after they make everyone else’s order? I mean it’s already made and sitting there on the back counter for 15 mins before the 5th person finally asks what I’m waiting for and decides to hand it to me. Gets to a point where you have 10 people waiting for online orders but y’all stack them up on the counter in the back rather than the shelf they’re supposed to be on. Get better.

My previous order was in February, and today 7/15 is my last time eating at jersey Mike's.

I placed an order it was supposed to be ready at 12:19. I walked out of the place at 12:37. This happened back in February and that's why I didn't order for a long time.

The guy with the beard reeked of alcohol and was arguing on his phone I couldn't even get my order out correctly he smelled like he drank his entire shift he was not even making my sandwiches properly we will not be back that guy needs rehab and a telephone job

I had to cancel an online order and I was really afraid it'd be an uncomfortable situation. It's dinner time and they're probably extremely busy, and answering a phone call and processing a refund takes time, so I anticipated at least mild irritation. The lady I spoke with was so sweet, patient, and accommodating. She didn't make me feel guilty or bad at all. In fact, it was actually a pleasure and she made me feel like it was for her, too (that's talent)!

Their food is great, but I'd rather eat somewhere mediocre and have friendly faces than the opposite. Just wanted to express my appreciation for a great experience.
