Abby is AMAZING! I’m traveling and was ordering a GrubHub order for my elderly mother. The GrubHub app didn’t allow for any alterations to the hot subs & Abby allowed me to place the order via the GrubHub app and then give her a call to add the additional toppings my mom desired. She was so helpful and kind! My driver canceled the order after having my mom wait over an hour 😩, but Abby truly was the highlight of my experience.

It was about 25 people waiting. The lady that took the orders ( I believe she was the manager) was so rude. I usually go to the Rochester location but this was closer. I will never come to this location again. I will take the drive to get proper customer service.

Attitude from employees is unlike that of any other food chain I've encountered in this area. It really hurts the overall brand image and reputation that Jersey Mikes has built over the last decade for me. Only thing Jersey Mikes seems to be good for nowadays is a sub-on-the-go for people with Celiac, and even then the menu is very limited.

Love the food but would be nice if the employees didn’t have attitude for absolutely no reason. I called to change my pick up order time and Ashley seemed to have been very bothered by my request and then hung up the phone. Walked in and not only are the employees rude but the place is a mess. Food and napkins all over the floor…. Do better.
Edit: obviously the owner of this store clearly doesn’t seem to care much based on the same copy and paste response to everyone who’s complaining about the service.
I’ll take my order to Jimmy John’s up the street 👍🏻
I believe the staff at this location are quite incompetent. When I ordered my food, everything was fine. However, I witnessed a woman in front of me take two bags of chips and put them in her bag without paying, and nobody seemed to notice. The place was a mess; the garbage bin in front of the door was overflowing, and there was trash all over the floor behind the counter I don't think I'll ever return to this location again!

The service was absolutely trash. Watching them make my sub was like observing a toddler. They couldn't even manage to get the lunch meat on the bread! When I was asked if I wanted tomatoes and clearly said 'no, just pickles,' the guy proceeded to load on peppers and tomatoes. Seriously, how do you confuse pickles with peppers and tomatoes?

I ordered a big kahuna with white bread, the other ordered a stickball $24.95 sandwich with chips. Dasher delivered, Big kahuna came with cheese and some kind of herb on my bun and the other didn’t have the chips. I would think that if you charge $6.99 for delivery fee and $6.34 for service fee and tax, you would be darn sure everything would be right! Thank god my dasher went back for the chips which I tipped him once again. I’ll think twice about ordering there for a while.
