I ordered a big kahuna with white bread, the other ordered a stickball $24.95 sandwich with chips. Dasher delivered, Big kahuna came with cheese and some kind of herb on my bun and the other didn’t have the chips. I would think that if you charge $6.99 for delivery fee and $6.34 for service fee and tax, you would be darn sure everything would be right! I had to cancel an online order and I was really afraid it'd be an uncomfortable situation. It's dinner time and they're probably extremely busy, and answering a phone call and processing a refund takes time, so I anticipated at least mild irritation. The lady I spoke with was so sweet, patient, and accommodating. She didn't make me feel guilty or bad at all. In fact, it was actually a pleasure and she made me feel like it was for her, too (that's talent)!
