I had to cancel an online order and I was really afraid it'd be an uncomfortable situation. It's dinner time and they're probably extremely busy, and answering a phone call and processing a refund takes time, so I anticipated at least mild irritation. The lady I spoke with was so sweet, patient, and accommodating. She didn't make me feel guilty or bad at all. In fact, it was actually a pleasure and she made me feel like it was for her, too (that's talent)!

Came here randomly for lunch and the service was great! Staff answered my questions, food was prepared quickly and deliciously! Establishment is clean and I will be returning back here as a happy customer!
