Ladana and Caden were very helpful. I didn’t know what I wanted and she helped me pick sandwiches for my whole family. Tips and promotions for both of them!

This place is freaky SLOW. go elsewhere
Service was a joke. I went in, there was no line so I ordered. Then I noticed about ten people in the restaurant, they all had chips and a drink but no food. After about fifteen minutes of waiting I asked for an ETA on my order. They couldn’t even tell me. From what I could tell at least 30 orders were in front of me. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said they didn’t have time to process the refund. Based on this locations google score I am amazed Jimmy John’s corporate allows you to stay open. You need to hire more people, at least you got my money without having to make the sub so good job on that.

I only gave it four stars because I am a little unhappy by how much money it costs to get a sandwich there ... Or anywhere!

Placed my delivery order at 8:12 pm. Never received my order. Called numerous times and no one answered the phone. Still no refund either.

Joke of an establishment. Dumb me attempted to order from them 3 times for delivery and it never showed up. Go somewhere else. Tried calling multiple times and no answer.

Unprofessional establishment, especially considering the nice area it’s located in. Ordered delivery, it was over an hour late because “their delivery guy never showed up”, which threw off my entire day’s schedule running around three kids. Every time I go in my order is never ready and they don’t start rushing to make it until they see I’m here for it.

I order online and waited close to 40 minutes for my sandwich. I call the store and they tell me that they voided my order because they "don't have a delivery driver after 3"..................you would think someone would have called to tell me this. The young lady on the phone was very nonchalant about it too. 0/10. Do not recommend.

This store should be an order online only. It's ridiculous that they have so many online orders they can't service the people in line on their lunch hour. I know everything nowadays basically sucks but for Christ sakes at least try to give the illusion that I'm here paying for a 14 sandwich. Guess I'll just keep packing my lunch from home. I feel bad for the people actually making the sandwich, people just glaring at them because it literally take 30 min to order a carryout sandwich.

Used to be good pre pandemic, didn’t know adding basic condiments is too difficult. Thanks for ripping me off!

Ordered a number 9. Was the only order or person in there. Took 5 mins for me to get my food and it was made wrong. Again. Every time I go to this Jimmy johns it’s awful and never what I ordered and slow. I will be going to the one down the street on Telegraph from now on even though this Jimmy johns is 1 minute from me.

Assuming they create their own hours daily… it’s 8:25pm… website says they close at 9 and the staff is standing behind the counter shaking their head and signaling that they’re closed.

Sandwiches are good once you receive them. Staff is always talking to each other and make you feel as if you're interrupting them. Place looks and feels like it's one step away from a disaster. Wet floor signs all over every time I've ever been here yet floors look like they haven't been cleaned. Was reminded today, 8/3/2023 why I typically drive an additional few miles to the Telegraph Rd location. Took almost 5 minutes for the person in front of me to place their order, appeared they knew one of the workers who kept talking to them. When I finally was able to place my order, got a strange look from the cashier when I didn't add a tip to the order. Took someone who appeared to possibly be a outside manager to put on an apron and jump in the kitchen to get the ball rolling. When I left, there was a line out the door...... certainly doesn't live up to the Freakishly Fast motto!

Today 7/20/23 at appx 1:30 Ordered #1 combo lil pepe, got home opened sandwich it was roast beef. Drove back to the store, guy fixes me another sandwich with tiniest pieces of ham. No joke it was 3 pieces of ham. Not the full slices I normally get, I ask him why he said this a full serving. I don't feel like arguing. Get home there is no provolone cheese on my sandwich. I drive back to store, they apologize, didn't ask can I offer to make you another one the right way, he just ask for my receipt. I tell him the other guy took my receipt when I brought the first sandwich back. If the owner reads this, my refund chk # was 89. The guy who does not know how to make your sandwiches is named Liam Benton. That's the name on receiptI love jimmy john's so I will go to telegraph location going forward.
