The enchiladas rice and beans weren't bad just bland.

Not from the area and found it by accident. Absolutely the best traditional Mexican food I have had in forever. The shrimp cheviche was amazing! Bought one to take home! Don’t let the interior discourage you, its great food, great service and if I am ever this way again, it will be a “must” to go for more 😁

Food is good and authentic. The waitress was the only one there so the service was a little slow but we understood. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the price I was charged per item on my bill did not match the menu price and when I asked about it she told me the computer system automatically rings the item up with a 3% up charge for credit cards, I then asked why it would do that you don’t know if someone is paying in cash or not, she said she didn’t know?? Then they charge ANOTHER 3% for cards AFTER the original total. Doesn’t make any sense and kind of shady honestly. Glad I don’t live around here because I will not be back and if you decide to go check your bill when you get it and keep a menu for reference.

I was so impressed by the authenticity of their Mexican food. The quesabirria tacos were incredible, the street tacos, even the rice and beans were so good. We are a forever customer now.

I've since moved to Arizona but me an my girlfriend still talk about this place. The pozole was amazing. My girlfriend just gave birth to my daughter at the hospital near by. I scrambled to make her day an the authentic pozole was absolutely amazing. I promise I will return 🤟🏻❤️

OMG! This place is fantastic!!! The chicken tacos were stuffed solid with white meat shredded chicken. The corn tortillas were fresh and delicious. The hot salsa was hot, but not crazy hot and still had a good flavor. They have a mild salsa Verde that was excellent too. There's also a mild red salsa, which I enjoyed very much. It was a little more garlic forward than onion forward, which I prefer. I think it could have had a little more spice, but I enjoyed it. The chiken enchiladas, refried beans and rice were great too. The prices are reasonable and the staff was really nice. You can dine in, they have a few booths and tables, but overall, its more of a to-go place. No alcohol that I saw. I cannot wait to go back!!

If you are looking for more of an authentic Mexican dish, you need to stop in here, check out their menu for a really good meal, you won't be disappointed.
We ordered the Fajita Combo, Steak and chicken, was excellent!!! So Much flavor with the grilled mild peppers and onion, so very tasty, loved it! Also accompanied with a plate of sides, rice, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and Pico de gallo. Was also impressed with their corn chips with salsa, mild and hot. The chips were warm, a bit of salt, but not a table salt, not grainy, very pleasant.

They offer amazing and on time catering! I have catered for work and not a single taco was left.

Best Mexican food I ever had in Michigan

I visited this place for the first time in late June of 2025 and again today July 14, 2025. I always order nachos. The food was decent but the service was rude!!!! I will NOT be back again. The little short lady that took my order was very short with me and tossed my card after I paid. She also tossed my food and said bye! I asked her for extra sauce and she gave me the wrong sauce and rudely threw it in my bag. If you people want my business then Treat me with respect. I will NEVER be back! There are other Mexican food places that will serve me with the respect that I deserve. You’ll be out of business quick with that type of service. Plus you are in a very bad location off Franklin road/Square lake and Telegraph. Go figure!
