Lately the kids there have been rude with no leasership, today I figured delivery nade an order paid for it just to find out 15 min later it was cancelled then tried again and again order cancelled called support and was told the store is closed but thry still took 2 payments and it will take 10 days to get the money refunded. For a multi national company this is horrible 1st if a store is closed turn it off and definitely don’t take a payment at a store that is closed. It’s disingenuous.Bad business

Serving pizza with expired sheet outs. Watched manager cut pizzas and then made a new pizza with out washing her hands ✋️ or putting gloves on and they never answer the phone this diffently does not meet franchise standards hopefully Little Caesars Corporation pulls your franchise

Little Caesars normally wouldn't get a review. But two things were review worthy on this day. Thanks to a 1/2 day for Birmingham schools there was a noon pizza ask... Upon pulling into the parking lot and seeing a crowd place with a line nearing the door I realized my child wasn't the only with this thought AND it was actually what's a normal lunch rush.There was one employee. I wish I knew her name to give her full credit. She ran a one woman triangle offense from the register to washing her hands to making orders... She chopped that line down though it kept coming. In days long ago since the pandemic people shortage... She understood she was at work. She wasn't snippy with anyone and didn't appear to be overwhelmed or unhappy.... She did what she had to and did it well.And that brings me to the end.... My son bite into the pizza(the one that was made by the one woman show) and said this is amazing! So I tried it....I agreed...I wouldn't call Ceasars amazing but for what it is, it was possibly the best Ceasars I've tasted since the 90s!

Multiple times I've been here with only 1 employee. Absolutely horrible customer service and beyond slow... Told I can call it in and it will be ready. Thought the whole idea was HotnReady???

Wasn’t sure if the place was open or had mechanical issues because the lights were off when I walked in at 4pm. Asked the girl with a bunch of nose piercings if the place was open after saying hello and received the coldest “whats yur order” (instead of, you know, an actual response) I’ve ever received. Wanted the stuffed crust but she started charging out the transaction immediately so I figured forget it. Zero communication skills. To top it off, the pizza was the most dried out, cardboard trash I’ve ever gotten from a Little Caesars ever.

Paid $17 for bread sticks and pizza with 2 toppings. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes as the food was getting ready. When it was ready the cashier told me I didn’t pay for breadsticks and only a single pizza. I still got charged $17 for a singular pizza. Straight up robbery.
