Employees are poorly trained here, and can rarely make a drink correctly. The service is terrible also. Good luck trying to get a bad drink corrected or remade.

Older black lady with twists is rude and didn’t know how to make a drink i asked for and when i said it came with sweet foam she started talking about me and my sister to another employee. not coming back. Renee needs to retire or find a new job.

Just wondering why this Starbucks is still open if you guys never have anything. They are always out of ingredients, none of the food options on display are ever available. I think it's the fifth time I've been there and they don't have what I tried

Bad customer service, always missing drinks and toppings, I did not like how my drink was made, didn’t taste the same. The place looks dirty with several old drinks all around the place. Not ordering from this Starbucks again? the staff was very rude and responded aggressively
They have this “on break “ sign all the time ?
No food available, long wait, both drinks were way too sweet. One sales person was neutral and polite, the other just came in for her shift and was rude. She had trouble understanding one of the customers because of the accent and pretty much had disgust written all over her face. I don’t know what happened to Starbucks but their customer service has gone down the drain. I recommend starting with implicit bias training.

My Mom and I go to this Starbucks location three times a week right before she goes to dialysis near by. A couple of the ladies recognize us, remember our order and are always very pleasant. I wish I knew their names, I’d love to give them a shout out and I’ll edit this review once I get their names. One of them recognized us by voice after many months of the COVID shut down in 2020 which blew my mind. That’s a very busy location and for her to remember us like that and say she missed seeing us blew our minds. The other employees are nice too. It’s a good crew!My only complaint is too much ice in my mango dragonfruit lemonade when I ask for very light ice. It’s still a 1/4-1/2 the venti cup which is a lot. Especially when you pay so much for the drink.

Always closed. Website says open but it’s not. I was told employee was ‘on break’ it’s unfortunate that sitting here waiting for the break to end 5 customers have walked up and then left. Perhaps add staff during peak hours? Shorten shifts so employees don’t need 45 minute breaks 🤷🏻♀️

They were not open during their stated hours. Waste of our evening.
