Came in. Stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Store is empty, five employees working, three of which are on their phones. Stood there for a good two minutes, and left before being greeted. I understand if its busy gaps in service occur, but it was not. I was the only person standing at counter, and two other people in the shop were sitting at tables presumably already served.
Poor service and management.

It’s obvious that other reviews complaining about the lack of “prioritizing the drive thru” have never worked in food service or have just been too lazy to get out of the car and see what’s going on inside of the building. I can’t go through the drive thru lane most days because of the height of my work truck. The sheer number of online, drive thru and in shop orders alone is staggering. Most of the time I’m in there no one stops moving, and they still provide excellent service and seem cheerful. People just need to be more patient, or place an online order… you guys literally can’t move faster than humanly possible and it seems people are more self important than they are capable of logic and reasoning to understand how the process really works.
Becky and Lisa run the drive-tru. They are always kind and polite. (Sweet lady's). They make your day with a beautiful smile and sent you on your way with your goodies. Have a great day

This is the Starbucks by my house they’re super sweet here and food and coffee is consistent, however their drive thru is anything but convenient. There has been multiple occasions where I’m waiting for 30-45 minutes and there was like 5-6 cars ahead of me. It’s very much obvious they don’t prioritize the drive thru customers.

If you’re looking for a quiet, fast, and delicious coffee and treats then Starbucks in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, is the location. I stopped in for a Java Chip Crumble Frappuccino (made perfectly with extra Frapp chips and whipped cream) — it was absolutely delicious and blended to perfection.
The service was incredibly fast, and the baristas were friendly and efficient. Even during a busy afternoon, my drink was ready within minutes. The café atmosphere was clean, calm, and ideal for working or studying, with plenty of seating and a welcoming vibe.

Came here immediately after having a really bad experience at the Maple & Telegraph location. The manager Bo, was very friendly and helpful after I told him what happened at the other location. I will be coming back here again!!!!

Pulled into the drive thru with 10 other cars in line and I had my order in 2 minutes of waiting which isnt long at all. My drink was made perfectly. Nice staff.

This Starbucks is truly exceptional—home to the most honest, ethical, and kind-hearted team of baristas I’ve ever encountered. They’re so wonderful, in fact, that I emptied all the change from my purse into their tip jar to show my appreciation...Forgetting, I had also tucked my diamond wedding band of 26 years into that same change pouch while traveling the week before. 😬 Note to self: never do that again!
The next day, as the sinking realization hit me and my husband reminded me just how valuable that ring is, it dawned on me: I may have tipped my wedding band to the amazing Starbucks crew.
I called, feeling both embarrassed and hopeless, and explained my situation. The barista I spoke with was super kind and understanding. He said he'd check the safe and call me back.
Less than five minutes later—he called back with the best news ever: they found it! My ring had been safely kept by their team.
To the entire Starbucks staff: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your honesty, integrity, and decency mean the world to me. You’re more than just great baristas—you’re amazing human beings. 💚☕💍

Stopped to get my grandbaby a cake pop.
They literally made my grande cinnamon dolce latte at 3/4 of the cup full. The cup was super light and I took the lid off to see a a lot of whip cream. Once it melted I saw the drink was barely 3/4 full.
Kenzie Kerestman is always very professional, she always treats me like family. She asks how my fay is going and adds sunshine to my day. Kenzie is such an asset to Starbucks. Thank you Starbucks for having such an amazing employee like Kenzie!!
