The young lady working the drive thru ( long black hair pony tail) either needs to refresh her training on customer service or be taken off the window. I tried to get her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag. Everytime I get her she is short "what can I get you" not " welcome to Starbucks". At the window " 5.78". Nothing more then that. Then hands drink and closes the window.I'm not saying sit there have a full on conversation but a little more pleasant would be nice. Maybe " your total is 5.77" " or thank you have a nice day".

My shaken espresso had like an inch of liquid missing. My gf ordered a cold brew and was given a drink the same color as mine with the same amount of space missing from her cup(in background of photo) The drive thru employee was very short and rude to my gf so we didnt bother asking about the drinks.I wouldnt normally take the time to write a review but I have never had such poor service from this location and it's disappointing.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before being told they weren't accepting drive thru orders even though they helped the person in front of us at the drive thru.
