I genuinely love Thai Princess. When it’s on point, it’s the best Thai food in the area, without question.
******For the best experience, I recommend dining in for weekday lunch. Service is faster and more attentive, the lunch specials are excellent, and the food quality tends to be more consistent.*******
That said, over the past year the food quality has become inconsistent. The same fried rice ordered the same way can taste noticeably different depending on the day. A Wednesday order might be perfectly balanced and flavorful, while that exact dish on a Saturday falls short. Consistency is key, especially for returning customers who know what the dish should taste like.
Service during peak hours is another challenge. On busy Saturday nights, the restaurant is often clearly understaffed. One server may be handling greeting, seating, taking orders, running food, bussing tables, answering phones, processing payments, and packing takeout orders… which inevitably slows everything down. The staff works hard, but the workload during rushes feels unrealistic for one person. Adding another team member during high-traffic hours would likely make a significant difference.
These are fixable operational issues, not fundamental problems. I’ve eaten here many times because I truly enjoy the food and want the restaurant to succeed. I’ve also worked several years in food and beverage, both front and back of house, so I understand how demanding service can be.
One additional thought: expanding into the adjacent vacancy in this building could be a smart move. The restaurant could easily fill more tables with additional space. I have waiting for take out many times during dinner rushes here and watched customers walk in and walk out because there wasn’t a table available.

If you planning to order pickup , plan for 1 plus hour wait time .. they are overwhelmed and don’t follow sequence of orders .. very frustrating experience,, worst part was food was cold by the time we get our pickup order.

Went in to eat with only 2 others in the entire place. Lady on the phone couldn't be bothered to seat us. She ended her call and waited the person that came in after us. Tables were all stacked with dirty plates.

Place is very small. Waitress is inconsiderate. We Asked for a specific table and was ignored. A second later someone comes in and asks for the same table and the waitress gives it to him. Again completely ignoring us. Will not come here again.

This place is so lovely. I had ordered online and my driver forgot some items. They personally called and drove to give me my remaining order. So so sweet and the food was delicious. Thank you so much and I truly recommend such a lovely place with such lovely people !

I have ordered delivery from Thai Princess twice now, and cannot say enough about the food and presentation. The Mango Shrimp Delight was absolutely amazing (plentiful, deliciously fried shrimp in a lovely sweet mango sauce). And, I never expected to say this, but the chive pancakes are a rival of crab rangoons for best appetizer! Overall love this place!

We had a great lunch at Thai Princess! The ambiance is very cozy and aesthetic and the service was very warm and kind. Our server Up was very attentive and pleasant. My wife and I both got lunch specials where you can get a soup and salad, It’s a great deal. I got the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) which is my favorite noodle dish. The flavor was great and the noodles were well done. My wife got a similar noodle dish. Would definitely recommend coming here for authentic Thai food!!!
*the restroom neeed walking thru the kitchen but no problem at all because they have limited space.

Only came here because the reviews looked promising. The food was very bland. Chicken had that weird smell to it and kind of slimy for a place to charge you literally triple then other places you expected to be top-tier definitely not a place that will return to. I know the owners don’t really care about reviews or what people think. I’m only doing this to let others know.
