Tim Hortons on Telegraph Rd in Bloomfield is great! Friendly staff, quick service, clean restrooms, and you can even get fuel. Highly recommend!”

I have a bunch of points because another order I made online with a gift card was not able to serve me what I ordered, so they refunded me in points which is stupid because I can only use my points for one item at a time per purchase. Even worse is the points did not work even tho the worker said she could see I had enough. They said I needed to call the company, which ok fine. But then I asked for ice water after I ordered and she said you have to pay for that too. Fine, I guess even though no where else does that. I think the least they could have done was give me some water without charging because of how messed up everything else went.

Why order a 20oz drink when 1/3 of it is going to be foam. 😐😑 Both times I’ve gone to this location my drink has been this way. I’ll stick to Biggby moving forward.
Edit to add: they can’t even put a plastic wrap between the donuts and bag so you’re left with half the topping gone from your donuts.

Awful service! Workers have constantly messed up my order. Hashbrowns have been cold and the eggs have a very unpleasant flavor to them. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in the area.

The woman that took my order, misunderstood it… told me to pull up to the front of the building when clearly they were not busy, had to park at a gas pump and wait for someone to bring my order. Guy comes with my sandwich in his his hand with no bag no gloves. I leave, open my realized they gave me the wrong order. Even with the wrong order, the food was not even done. Drove back, saw that the lady that was next to me, her order was screwed up to. Will not be returning.
This place deserves a "zero" star!! Worst Tim Hortons in the U.S. ! I'm giving this location a zero for their awful customer service. As I am ordering the lady cuts me short and says "tip"? I told her I'm not finished with my order. She was rushing me to pay. Then when they gave me my order it was missing my tea. I told the man behind the counter about the missing tea, and the lady working the drive thru rolls her eyes. She hands me the tea, then I ask for ketchup and she rolls her eyes again and sighs. Finally, I noticed I was missing my egg wrap, I tell the man about it, the same lady now looks up and let's out a huge sigh! At that point I was done with their attitude and told them that I am not mad about missing items, since this can happen, but about the blatant disrespect and horrible customer service. NOBODY APOLOGIZED! They are an entitled bunch that thinks they are doing us a favor serving paying customers. I was never rude to anyone but I do not have patience for unfair treatment. I will make sure to NEVER visit this location, and will make sure that friends and family in the area do the same. I will take my business to other respectful Tim Hortons locations. This place is giving Tim Hortons a bad reputation. Please do not apologize on their behalf, but rather put these people through an intensive customer service class and teach them how to properly behave towards customers.

Manager Wafa or whatever her name is there is a RACIST!! Yelled at my husband and his friend each and every time they come in, gives them cold food and cold coffee on purpose, bites taken out of their food and coffee with no cream and sugar. Not to mention shes says she doesnt have to take their order anytime they come in and they are the ONLY ONES in the store at that time that get that treatment or anytime they are there. Told her we were going to report her she says i don't care im the manager and can do what i want (in not so nice words while saying it). Manager needs to get fired. She told the guy there take those peoples order they arent to my liking those class of people (we are hispanic). Bless that man who actually took their order hes sweet. Tim Hortons need to actually look at their Surveillance Videos from morning shift, thats crazy that she can be that openly racist and Tim Hortons not care who they hire. Plus her little group of older women 2-3 of them. This is one of the Worse Tim Hortons we have ever been too.
Maybe you should find another Tim Hortons in your route.
Well it’s been few months of ok-to-bad experiences and I have decided I will look for another Tim’s
Awful service, they have messed up with my order several times and today the employee was not able to figure out why I was not able to use my app to pay.

I attempted to order coffee this morning at 8am at the Tim Hortons on Maple and Telegraph. The lady kept misunderstanding my order. I am allergic to dairy and asked for my drink with almond milk. The screen said 2% milk so I clarified it again and she snapped back at me and said that she wasn’t going to change the order and I can get a second latte with almond milk if I wanted but I would have to pay for both…that makes no sense. I told her I only wanted the one latte and I originally stated almond milk and she said “its already made so you have to pay for it but you can order a second one if you want”. I was so frustrated after going back and forth that I just drove away and went to the elsewhere for coffee. It was ridiculous. This Tim Hortons used to be good, my last few times going were bad experiences with horrible staff.

Thanks!
P.S. Am I the only one who can't remember the last time I didn't get a donut that was put in the bag upside down with the frosting smeared or peeling off? It's not just Tim Hortons. I'm pretty sure it's just a generation thing. Long ago, people stopped being able to think one step ahead.
