Literally just had the WORST drive thru customer service experience this morning at the Tim Hortons in Bloomfield Twp at Telegraph. The awful woman who claims she is a manager is named Wafa. Despicable person, should not be working.I ordered donuts and a bagel at 6:20am from the Tim Hortons App. At 6:50am I turned up at the drive thru to pick up (specified on my order), no order ready. They hand me a random coffee. I tell them that's not my order. Now this is the second time I've given them my order number. Then they "scold" me for *just* placing a mobile order and turning up with "no notice". I tell them I made it 30 minutes ago. They ask twice more for my order number. Then they change their story to tell me I needed to give them more time as it takes a long time to prepare. I ask "for 6 donuts and a bagel?" Then they tell me I needed to make my order earlier. I again tell them I made it at 6:20am. They've had over 30 minutes. Then they tell me to park and come in and I said no I have children in the car and have to get them to school. Now three of them are at the window angry. Apparently I'm the villain for not giving them an hour to box 6 donuts. I'm still in my car calmly waiting while they are huffing and puffing that I won't park and come in. They then start yelling at me that I'm holding up the line. So I remind them I made my order thirty prior I'm only holding up the line because they didn't have my order ready.Then I watch them literally throw my orders together in a bag and throw it at me through the window yelling and waving their arms all mad at ME. By now I'm annoyed, I don't think it gives people the right to yell at a customer for their own incompetence. I have done nothing but place my prepaid order and turn up thirty minutes later to retrieve it as ordered at the drive thru window. I ask them the woman's name (wafa- older woman) and I asked where the manager was and she declares she is (pathetic example of management). She starts yelling again "make sure when you complain you tell them you made the mistake not us." (I'm like huh???? ) then again more yelling at me that I'm holding up their line and they slam the window closed.I'm absolutely shocked. I want to complain higher but what is better is letting the community know that people can't treat people like this. Literally just left this location. Every time I've been here, there's some issue. In the past it's taken them 10 mins to find my app order. Two people talking to you through the drive through makes things confusing. This time, the kid at the drive through window was talking to who I believe is a manager or owner, completely ignoring me and doing things out of order. Then when I go to show him my barcode in app for rewards, he says, "Oh I don't think we can do that now bc you've already paid ... " Excuse me, what?!? You're the one that works here and you don't know to do that first?! Oh, and after ignoring me for a bit when I first pulled up, he looked at me and said, "What is this a medium?" Yes, you don't know? You work here dude. Worst service ever, avoid at all costs!!! I'll never be back. Zero stars!!

I’m not one to normally leave a bad review but this place has truly earned it! This is the second time in under two weeks they’ve given me an issue over redeeming a Tim Hortons survey of all things?! It’s literally bizarre! The first time the attendant at the drive thru finally honored the survey which was not from that location and my daughter finally got her 10 pack of Tim Bits for the $1, as it states once you’ve completed the survey. I even tried to order an Apple fritter and the attendant gave me a hard time about that! So today we go there again trying to redeem a survey and I placed the same exact order as previously and alas the same lady was working at the drive thru. She then gets her coworker to help her “find” the survey date, the receipt is from 10/30/2023 that was a mere 2 days ago! So she tells us at the window we can’t honor this because it’s not from this location?! I’ve eaten at Tim Hortons for as long as I can remember and completed these surveys just as often. If not once had any location tell me that but this one. I can personally state that I patronize a Tim Hortons a minimum of once a day, everyday, year round. I hate to pull out the race card, but I felt my daughter and I were being targeted because of our race and the fact that we were in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. I told the drive thru attendant that I was filing a complaint and I’ve now honored my word.

Waited 20 minutes in line - super super long time for a Timmy’s - just to be told espresso machine wasn’t working. Things can happen, but the car in front of me was no longer there, everyone had been waiting for a long time as if they were only taking one order at a time, and they only responded on the speaker once I finally said something.

Growth / Potential

It's sad to see people enjoy scamming customers over cheap food. They've scammed me out of an order I've bought many times before and never paid this price. It's been three months since I started eating at Tim Hortons. How does a grilled cheese sandwich no meal and two freaking doughnuts costs 10.09? I've also gotten doughnuts Tim Hortons never sale from this Tim Hortons only.IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE. NO ONE SHOULD. Gave some slack the first two instances. Bye

This place is stealing from people. They have a "new system" you get charged for your sandwich, priced like the menu saysThen they charge you again for the bread on the sandwich, and nothing says that they do that. It might be a small about more, but its a lie and ripping people off, and in the end they will see a lot of free money in there pocket. Where else do you buy a $ 7.99 sandwich off the menu, then they say okay, now we have to charge you another .50 for the bread. Scammers.

Everyday it's hit or miss, I have a trailer I can't go through the drive thru... 4 days a week they randomly have a sign saying drive thru only... this place is the absolute worst...

Most of the time, the people working here don't even acknowledge you and act like you are a bother. Also, they will not give back the coin portion of your change, just keep it like they don't owe it back to you. The only saving grace for this location is that the coffee they "prepare" is the usual Tim Hortons quality.
