I have had it with this location it’s constantly out of food, one person telling people to use the self checkout then when you can’t figure it out the next person asks why are you using it, and is now closing early regularly I will be going out of my way to the one on northwestern from now on!!!!

Ordered a salad, sandwich and flight of three soups. The soups were good. The sandwich had a strange overwhelming taste of bacon grease that made it inedible half way through. The salad had bad lettuce both romaine (many pieces colored pink and brown) and spinach (wilted and yellow pieces). It seems impossible you wouldn’t notice the condition of the lettuces while making the salad. So disappointing.

We ordered a Pick 2 : Spup and Sandwich for lunch here and it was our first time. Everything was delicious. The place was clean and service was great! While enjoying lunch not only did I have a good experience; Ann and David’s level of kindness was above and beyond accomadaring their customers needs! It was nice to see those interactions and showed they actually cared about what they do!

Ordered two cups of soup for dinner on my way home because it was going to be a late evening. I ordered chicken pot pie (CPP) and seafood etouffee. The cashier kept asking if they had any CPP left and the ladies stated yes. It appeared that the cashier was surprised.
Needless to state that when I opened the CCP is look like a watered down verison of chicken soup.
The soup was delicious. The lady working kindly offered to let me try a few different choices before deciding. Good stuff

Very disappointing when all photos are stock, but they aren't even remotely close to what the actual soup is. Personally don't like the noodles that come in the chicken noodle soup. I only ordered 2 CN soups so I can't say on anything else. Quality definitely not worth the price.

I had a not-so-pleasant encounter during my recent visit to Zoup! I had been there twice before and had enjoyable experiences. The gentleman who assisted me on those occasions was well-mannered and welcoming. However, during my third visit, the lady attending to me was highly unpleasant. She rolled her eyes, cut me off, and even stopped me mid-sentence to state that she wasn't done talking. Her behavior was terribly uncourteous and left a negative impression on me. Despite the good food, this recent experience has made me reconsider returning to Zoup!
