Called while staying at Boyne Mountain Resort and asked if they delivered here. Was told they did and was asked to be put on hold so a manager could talk to me to work out logistics of the delivery. Proceeded to sit on hold for 15 min with no pick up by the manager.... Pretty disappointing. Was told they were struggling with phone orders that night. A little communication would have went a long way instead of being left on hold.

Honestly my favorite pizza in northern Michigan. If you haven’t tried their buffalo pizza that includes chicken, feta, and their southwest sauce, you are missing out on a unique flavor I’ve yet to see any other pizza place match. Jalapeño stuffed bread sticks on the side? Fantastic. Delivery took 17 minutes from call to eating a slice. I’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from. 4 of us were in town for vacation and had to find a quick bite at the end of one night. BC was close and open, reviews aren’t great so we took a leap. We shared a large deep dish pepperoni pizza. It was the perfect amount of food for us and we all loved the flavor! It was very garlicky and we heavily enjoyed it. Would recommend to a friend. We usually eat jets and decided this pizza was better. If and when we’re around in the future, we will order from here again!
Kid-friendliness: We didn’t use it but they have a play place, it closes at 9.

My family had a great time, services were good. The food was warm and fresh. Small complaints = the pizzas weren't served on the silver stack thing which was a child hood memory, and the cheese was out, the tables were old which made them sticky. However these issues aren't big/ customer service problems. They went out of there way to help my family on 2 occasions and I'm very happy about that

For $40 of food (ordered a grinder and received a sub, boneless wings and a pop) the food wasn’t warm and sub wasn’t very tasty. Was told 45 minutes for delivery and 1hr 20 min later food was delivered
