I’m from out of town and my family and I tried this place because it was recommended to us!
Honestly, the apple cinnamon crepe was the BEST crepe I’ve ever had. I love the concept of street crepes! Being able to hold it and eat a crispy, not super messy, sweet breakfast was so fun and satisfying! My family all tried different things. They enjoyed the quiche, butter/sugar crepes, and savoury crepes too. The coffee was yummy and freshly made.
Also, the atmosphere is very cute and cozy! Almost feels like a place you’d find in New York City while also feeling like you’re in a cute small town!
I also loved the hand painted art for sale on the wall. It was all beautiful and fun to look at while waiting for my food and coffee!
This spot is a hidden gem that you should definitely visit next time you’re in the area!

Stopped by for a coffee and a baked good and loved all the options. Everything looked amazing it was too hard to pick. Ended up getting a vanilla cappuccino and the almond croissant and both hit the spot. The bakery was a bit cramped ordering with all the people waiting on their fresh crepes but we were served very quickly.

We absolutely love Gilda's! Their pastries are all delicious and as good as any you'd get from a bakery in Europe, and tasting their caramel crepe is a religious experience. We make sure to visit here whenever we are visiting the Petoskey area.

Kid-friendliness: Our kids love the pastries and crepes!

Cannot recommend the crepes enough! I had them with ham, egg, and cheese and they were absolutely delicious with just a hint of crispiness on the edges. My cafe mocha was perfect and the pear and cream croissant I brought home was divine! Will be going back tomorrow before I head home.

Gildas has the best crepe's around, bar none. The varieties that you can choose from will appeal to basically anyones palate. It's also very nice they wrap it in a way that you can walk and eat, which we did since it's a short walk to the waterfront.

The pastries they offer are also great. We have a tradition with the kids to get crepes and eclairs, which does make for an expensive outing, but totally worth it.

Kid-friendliness: While there are tall tables that are not as kid-friendly, there is outdoor seating along with regular tables inside. The large park is a half mile away, an easy walk while you finish your crepe!
