I have never waited this long at any fast food resteraunt in my life. Staff was friendly but the resteraunt is poorly ran and very slow. Waited 30 minutes atbthe drivethrough for our food.

When you're in a rush, you don't have to worry about gouging at McDonald's, even after some of the McDonald's locations, voluntarily give generous wage increases, and Big discount deals by ordering and paying from the McDonald's app, you can change the locations for whatever City or State you are visiting. Thank you McDonald's it's nice to know you have our backs.

i asked the old short lady in the morning if i could get a couple things of jelly and she literally yelled at me telling me she’s trying to keep her line moving and to next time ask at the speaker. i was being so nice too and for her to come at me so aggressive yelling really threw me off. 😐

No one at cash register to take orders. Forced to use kiosk which is not user friendly. Employees more interested in drive through customers than those inside the store. Then had to wait over 20 minutes to get our food. Won’t be back.

Every time I go here I'm nothing but dissatisfied. Fries always taste like Old grease. Hamburgers are always Greasy. It tastes stale. And we're wasting 20 each time. Now only get cokes from there.

Not sure if they’re just that short staff or don’t have adequate people working here. Every time we go thru and order they mess up our orders. This morning ordered steak egg and cheese bagel and got a cheese and egg bagel. We stopped going here because they always mess up and leaving you waiting pulled up forever. Someone please help this place. It’s the only fast food in boyne city. What a shame!!! It’s better to drive the extra 20 minutes to petoskey. Don’t even deserve a one star.
