Don’t count on the night crew to even take your order if you show up in the last hour. They close at 11pm, I show up at 10:20pm and waited 10min politely without anyone even attempting say anything. Even went over to the other speaker and they ignored me there as well. I tried calling the store and got ignored again. I am just confused on why you would work fast food if you aren’t going to make food, let alone take an order.

I placed my order through the mobile app and waited in the parking spot, two weeks and a row. My food never came out, when I went in to get it the person said our system for mobile orders is down. I get a 1/2 an hour for lunch, my lunch is all used up by the time I get my food! If your mobile order system is down why are you still allowing people to place orders and sit in their car and wait. Boyne City McDonald's needs to stop taking mobile orders!!!!

There was a missing in my order and when I returned to them they delayed me and did not even apologize and they deliberately delayed me and when I asked them, one of them had put my order aside and they did not even tell me.. What contempt, disrespect and indifference is this?

Ordered breakfast on the app prior to 10:30 and they canceled my order cuz they didn't want to crack another egg. Even though I've contacted them through the McDonald's website and Facebook *****Edit added picture of their response....... If you're not going to use the mobile app and fulfill the orders you get on the mobile app maybe you shouldn't be in business. We'll make up for the time and gas that you wasted for the product I didn't get I drove 10 miles out of my way to get there and got nothing. Your response is not sufficient.

It's McDonald's, and yes young people are going to work there, but they need to understand that being on their phone isn't what is important at the time. Literally in the time between the car in front of me and me pulling up the card for the previous driver declined, but the drive thru person didn't see because they were concerned about their phone. Also McDonald's why don't you have breakfast burritos available, not because they are sold out, I was told this particular store doesn't have them.

bad food place all around. not the greatest food ever, it’s def not the cleanest. most people there are rude, during football season they don’t want anyone in there they are rude to the students. i hate giving a bad review but this place has earned a pretty one star. ig ill start driving to E.J. i’ll take my L today but just know mcdanks these reviews are adding up and it’s not looking to good😁

terrible service, they couldn’t even keep up with a small breakfast order. They are supposed to be a fast food place, but clearly not. I waited probably 10 minutes by a window just to be told my order was cancelled. wth do you mean my order is cancelled. if you can’t figure out how to cook breakfast then don’t serve it.
