I’m sorry if i sound petty but WHEN I ASL FOR EXTRA CRUNCHY I EXPECT EXTRA. He rolled his eyes at me and gave me one shake. I love starbucks but the workers here are usually really grumpy yet some of them are really sweet and listen when i ask to customize my drinks.

On a little road-trip from Traverse City up north for the afternoon and decided to stop here. Lori and the girl she was training were both super friendly! Lori made sure my drink was made exactly right and was very personable. The girl she was training was also very kind! The location is super convenient and right at the front of Family Fare.

Went 3 times over our 8 days of camping nearby. If I gave a review in the 1st visit, it would’ve been about a 2 star…the order took 10minutes more than the app gave me, and the cup was a sticky mess. The next 2 times were better…
