Sometimes average can be very enjoyable. The food is about you would expect. The outdoor seating and overall environment is nice. If you’re looking for something different or passing through it’s worth a try!

The venue is beautiful! I ordered the pumpkin white Russian and it was fabulous, but the food was terrible. We ordered beer cheese pretzels and the cheese was bad. The waitress agreed it smelled bad and took it back, then tried to charge us for it. Judging by the wings and the blooming onion, the fryer oil also needs to be changed. The manager has a really bad attitude and is wildly unprofessional, which is probably why the rest of the staff has the same attitude. It's really sad because the view is stunning and it could be a great spot.

Wow has this place gone downhill. I went in for a beer and a bite around 8 oclock. Virtually no one there. I stepped outside to have a cigarette and one of the two goons at the lonely bar was coming out to check on me. So pathetic. It's a shame how far this place has fallen. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

First, we were told that they did not have a table for four on the lake patio. When we asked about the many empty tables we saw at 3:00 in the afternoon, we were told that they we all reserved. NOT TRUE! They sat us on the side with a parking lot view. We waited a very long time for our food. The food was terrible. The buffalo burger was dry and over cooked. The nacho was also subpar. It was smothered with what looked like some runny cheese out of a jar. The sweet potato fries were soft and chewy. We would never eat here again. Poor service and food. 8/2/25

This is sad, I have been hearing before years ago and it was great… to start there was a fly in my drink after being gross out when I brought it to the bartender’s attention, she gave me a pouty face and said I don’t know where it came from so I I ask for water, I had to ask 3 more times for water… there was about 10 tablets of people so not busy at all. I ordered the salmon dinner with lobster sauce, and steamed vegetables my food was very hot, which was a great thing. The lobster sauce came in a cup that tasted like deluded cheese. overall, my plate had no taste after spending $26 very disappointed it’ll be a long time before I go back

Wife had steak bites and I had blackened salmon. Both were very tasty. Many option on menu. I was hoping for a different atmosphere but it was fine. Definitely would cone here again. Service was exceptional.

I have been coming to bullfrogs for the last several months because I work close by and there isn’t much around here. I will not be returning, there have been flies every single time I have been in that land on you and the food you are eating. The service is subpar at best. Food prices have increased and the portions for some food items are tiny. I got a pizza couple weeks ago and the bottom was black. It’s a cool location but will not be returning.

The food arrived a bit later than expected, but it wasn’t a major issue. The server was polite, but I was disappointed that she didn’t refill my drinks, which is a significant oversight for me. The food itself was not great, and the one dish was particularly unappetizing.

I was hesitant to leave a review until I had been charged twice. When I checked my account, I noticed a pending charge and another charge that had gone through. I’ve been dining out with my family frequently, and I’ve never encountered two charges on my account before. So, I decided to call the restaurant to inquire about the issue.

The representative informed me that the other charge would be removed within a few business days. However, I was skeptical, as this had never happened to me before.So, I decided to express my frustration with the entire experience.

First time here today. Mom and I were seated and 10 minutes later we walked out. No service whatsoever. Manager had nothing to say as we walked out and politely told them our situation.
The place was not busy. Just a handful of people at tables.
Guess they didn’t want our money.
I really wanted to leave no stars but it’s forced to add at least one.
