The food arrived a bit later than expected, but it wasn’t a major issue. The server was polite, but I was disappointed that she didn’t refill my drinks, which is a significant oversight for me. The food itself was not great, and the one dish was particularly unappetizing.

I was hesitant to leave a review until I had been charged twice. When I checked my account, I noticed a pending charge and another charge that had gone through. I’ve been dining out with my family frequently, and I’ve never encountered two charges on my account before. So, I decided to call the restaurant to inquire about the issue.

The representative informed me that the other charge would be removed within a few business days. However, I was skeptical, as this had never happened to me before.So, I decided to express my frustration with the entire experience.

First time here today. Mom and I were seated and 10 minutes later we walked out. No service whatsoever. Manager had nothing to say as we walked out and politely told them our situation.
The place was not busy. Just a handful of people at tables.
Guess they didn’t want our money.
I really wanted to leave no stars but it’s forced to add at least one.

The service was excellent.

Food was very good, hot and tasty. Service was so quick we hadn't even finished our salads when entrees came out. Great place..we'll be back again!

Nice place... Nice people.

Sat for 10 minutes, no service. Went to the bar ordered a beer, went back to my table. Beer was half gone by time the waitress showed up.

we recently went in there for witches night out and I had asked for a table for 8 people. I was told it was an hour wait and my sister went in not even 30 seconds later and asked for the same thing and they gave her a table immediately. So whoever the blonde girl was who was working as the door lady/ table sitter, you're extremely rude and just know this review is for you only!

After being seated, my wife and I waited for 5 minutes before I set the stopwatch on my phone. We then waited for another 5 minutes and still nobody on staff even addressed our presence. After informing the manager about this and that they had just lost our business for the night, (permanently now) he shrugged it off with a dismissive sorry. He didn't seam to care and that showed in his staff. We will never try to patronize Bullfrogs again!

French Dip was nothing special...long bearded waiter was horrible...gruff...just not a pleasant person to have serving us...the other food was okay based on my tablemates reactions but nothing really to make us look forward to coming back...especially the service...

The waiter was very rude. I paid for my 2 drinks. I was gonna get lunch and carry out dinner. And I didn't get any food what so ever and I left.

Good food, decent service, but the booths need major updating. My first time there was today, and the booth was very uncomfortable, and the seat shows major wear.
