I had a pizza sent to my cousins house because their pet passed away. The guys at this pizza shop were great. They wrote a nice message on the box per my request, delivered the pizza and it cheered them up. Thank you 🙏

JACKIE ~ Said I don't deserve to be delivered to since I live 5.3 miles away from the store. It would take away from other customers who want food too. Never had a jets pizza!! Just moved here from another state apparently neither jets near me will deliver!!! I'm handicapped and can't go get my pizza. She said just come get your pizza! Well gee Jackie wouldn't that be nice if I could. What a joke!! I didn't want to pay $45 for 8 pieces of pizza and a salad anyway. Make sure you live close or you're not handicapped or you don't get jets! Per: Jackie the manager

Best Jets around! We have one closer but prefer the Ortonville location because they always get our order right and pizzas are made and cooked perfectly! Staff are friendly and our order is always ready on time!

Over 2 hours to get our food. Was told 40 mins when ordered. Had to call right before they closed to get it and when it arrived it was made wrong and not very good.

I ordered a small salad with an extra dressing and a slice of pizza. I thought this would be a quick order, but I waited my entire lunch break and then was given a old, refrigerator cold slice of pizza and no extra dressing. It was very upsetting to wait that long for old cold food. I couldn't even take it back because it was my lunch break and there was no time.
