Bought a three pack of cookies for my child, they were completely burnt. Black, and rock solid. Very disappointed
While all the staff at this location are great, I want to call out Eli (worked pay window 9:30 AM 7/8/25). He nailed the 3 Ps of customer service (Professional, Polite, Personable).Great job Eli!
Ordered a caramel mocha this morning, was handed a disaster. It was overflowing all down the cup, and it had a regular pop lid! I asked the guy if they were out of coffee lids and he said, “no, you don’t want to drink it out of a straw?” 😑 really?? I told him no, it’s a hot coffee. So he takes it, puts a coffee lid on it, overflowing it some more, no wiping off. Sticky mess. Half way down the road I realize it’s not what I ordered, or maybe he just needs some training....read full review
