I've given it 3 years before I decided to do this but today was the last straw for me. Ortonville McDonald's is honestly the worst between getting the orders wrong at least every other time i come here and the Attitude of the employees they suck. But when you literally order an ice coffee and one sandwich they hand u your bag and tell you to pull forward to wait for an iced coffee is wild. To say the least I wrote this whole review while waiting on 1 small iced coffee. That they made wrong in the first place they literally had to add cream and sugar.

I ordered two 10 piece nuggets with 6 extra sauces got home and found out I received no sauces and was missing a 10 pice nugget also the double quarter pounder I ordered was only a single so I got about half of what I paid for on the whole order

This may possibly be the worst restaurant in the country. Nachos McDonald’s by the way all of them. If you see a good review…. It’s bc they Either work there or friends with somebody that works there. I suggest getting food ANYWHERE else.

This may be the worst meal I have EVER had. So bad, it’s almost comical. My fries wouldn’t be considered cooked, the sandwich looks like it sat in the rain for a few mins, it took 20 mins to even get our food, then to top it all off… they got the order wrong as usual. Worst meal, worst restaurant, and worse service. If you can avoid this place, I highly encourage you to waste your money elsewhere.

Bought a three pack of cookies for my child, they were completely burnt. Black, and rock solid. Very disappointed
Just double check your order, but I think that is always a must. Updating this on 12/18/25 this place is a headache Everytime I get something here it's messed up. The keosk doesn't print receipts they don't have it set up for done in, they don't display orders on the pick up screen. Idk why but this location is constantly and issue and my other option is to get my kids drive past this location past my house and go to the sashabaw location or Dixie highway. The owner should really consider making some changes if recommend going to the sashabaw location based on their ability to get orders correct.

The prices are outrageous,the portions and sandwiches are ridiculously small!!! McDonald's has really gone downhill. The wait for fast food is 5 minutes +..... orders are never fast. Get some help and raise your standards, you won't last long serving our community this way!

Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. They didn't bother to fill our order. After standing & waiting 10 min I had to yell from the counter to get anyone's attention. One girl obviously heard me but refused to turn around & acknowledge me. Manager said our food must've been given to someone else however there was no one else in the dining room. How do you just not fill an order? First & last visit.
