Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life I waited almost 17 minutes in the Drive-Thru. My food was wrong and then I was told I had to pay $31 for a cup of ranch 🤣. Seriously do better

The negative reviews are right. This place sucks. The employees suck. The owner sucks. The food sucks. Horrible wait times. Orders are slapped together without an ounce of care. My ranch snack wrap tasted like old pizza rolls and took ten minutes. How? Stay away and save your money. This seems to be the norm for all fast food now. Overpriced garbage and crap service. Except Arby's.

This is my local McDonalds restaurant and I don’t go here anymore because it’s so bad the wait is always ridiculous the food is always wrong and old the owners should be ashamed of themselves

Drive thru worker was horrible. Did not let you finish when you wanted before morning on to the next item and asking if we needed anything else before we were even done talking. Took my code and did something with it so the money did not come off but then expected us to wait 15 minutes to be active again. Can’t function without the computer telling them what to do to be able to figure out what a 20% discount is. They were going to hold our food for 15 minutes while it rebooted and expected us to take cold nasty food after that. No common sense whatsoever

The manager at this location IS HORRIBLE....this location messed up my order and had the nerve to be upset because I requested for it to made over. I will be escalating this issue up to corporate as this can not be how a paying customer should EVER BE TREATED BY MANAGEMENT.

The McDonald's in Ortinville Michigan is horrible. It is the most disorganized and poorly run McDonald's I've ever been in. As I watch them prepare and pass out orders I was taken back by how incredibly disorganized and slow they are. Add to that, when I finally did get my order it was wrong. I would avoid this McDonald's and eat at the local gas station.

Ordered online for pick up for drive thru. I waited 20 minutes in a side spot they told me to wait in before I went inside to ask where my FAST food is. It was 1 breakfast meal and took them over 20 mins to make it. Also they couldn't find my order when I went inside to see what was taking so long. Lines are always super long. Expect to take 30 mins or longer here!

I used the app to order ahead. The place was a little busy, but the employees were not ready to handle a little traffic. The drive thru was stacking cars up unable to find parking plus they kept walking out incorrect orders.
These people were lost. Terrible place to get food.

Unfortunately this McDonald’s has been severely going downhill with the quality, food, and service within the last year. Before, this was one of the best McDonald’s you could go to. They always had provided over-the-top service and the food quality was excellent! But ever since new management came in & they lost all of their good employees, the location has gone to utter shambles.
Today when I went inside to pick up an order that was marked as ready- it was not ready, and after waiting 10min I questioned them about it, to which they claimed they never received the order. Management was a bit sassy with me about it, and when I did receive the order it was incorrect. Every time within the past few months they get something incorrect.

I hate to inform everyone that this McDonald's will go down in quality. A lot of their good employees, like me, put their two weeks in or walked out. It comes down to management. I left 6 months ago when they couldn't afford me to work overtime, better yet, can't even hit 40 hours. I have bills to pay. That is the reason why some employees and managers left. My brother walked out when the new General Manager, isn't any help and barking orders at him and throwing him under the bus when he needed help. A buddy of mine just went through the same thing just recently. He is gonna try to reach out to hire ups and try to inform them of what's up. To all Ortonville McDonald's customers, im so sorry that the quality of the store is going down but us employees can't deal with crap like that anymore. It says a lot from me especially I worked for the company for 8 and a half years. Us good workers tried, but management can't work with us. If it was 2016-2019, I would say we are a great McDonald's. Not anymore.
