It wasn't until after I took the time to stop at this location did I read other reviews. This place is really a joke! Hopefully the manager of this location sees this review. I was there on Monday November 20th at 1:15 p.m. there was a man working there, apparently alone. There were two people ahead of me and I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for those two orders to complete each of the orders was one sandwich. Once he finished I figured it was finally my turn. No, because he started with the drive-thru. There was no one in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up so the drive-thru customers were now being served before I was. The gentleman was now working on the 3rd order while I was there. Not once did he change his gloves. He took cash from customers, played on the register, and even wiped his nose on the back of his filthy glove. Disgusting! I walked out and so did the two people behind me. Never going back! Shame on you Subway.

I put my order in online said it would be ready at 12:30 so I went to pick it up. The line was all the way to the door. The lady asked if I had an online order and I said yes then she said I haven't even started it yet I'm by myself and kept waiting on everybody else while I sat there for quite a long time. She did end up doing my order and then continuing on with the people in line, but said just so you know I'm by myself and I don't fill online orders. I take care of the people in line first and I'm the Manager here. I could not believe it.

I called ahead says they were closed even though they were open and they’re sitting in there doing absolutely nothing and I was hungry. They won’t answer the door or unlock it or the drive through so they are getting paid to do

Drive thru employee was speaking to another employee in restaurant, so we waited to place our order until the lady was finished speaking with whoever needed to know that she started her day with no bread. We sat waiting to place our order for 6 minutes...upon, which she let us know that she was waiting on us ... we had 2 separate orders and 4 subs total. She started first order and then asked for the second order she was impatient and borderline rude. She was overwhelmed and top it all off she forgot one item on my sub and two items on my friends. I pass by your store several times a week, and I have been waiting to go there. I must say by the time we paid she was smiling because she was frustrated at the fact that I asked for a tuna sub toasted without the tuna. She said "what you mean I already made the sub...she then said "I guess so yeah, sure!." She was irritated and it showed. Plus, I really wanted that provolone cheese on my sub I was looking forward to it. ?

Ordered online to pickup at store. Nobody came to drive through. Had to go in and wait in a line. I think I’m done coming here. I mean having one person working is ridiculous and just plain cheap.

Always closes early don’t even post a time on your website or door if you want to open when it’s convenient for you

This place is an absolute joke I cannot believe how many times I have been let down by this place this is just listing some of the things, ran out of meat, closing early etc. I have had it up to here with this place. I don't know what this place can do to step there game up either getting new management or something but they need to do something soon.

Orders keep getting cancelled right before pick-up time. Why allow online orders if you can't support them? Food is good when you are actually able to order.
