Made an online order to pick up. Had to wait 35 mins after my pick up time before my food was even ready. But watch the shift manager check out at least 10 other people while I waited for my food and they had there before me. The shift manager did nothing to help speed up the process!!!

Terrible service. 1 car ahead of us and we sat for 15-20 minutes as she handed money out then money back then money out to that person. Plus the food went back and forth 2 times. When we got to the window Joni (per recipe ) did't say anything except the money required. No thank you or anything. After sitting for about 10 more minutes she opened the window and handed out our food and not one word from her. Rude terrible service. Not sure how this place stays in business since the 2 cars behind me got tired of waiting and just drove off without completing their purchase,

My girlfriend & I live around the corner, both go avidly. Always get amazing service but I have noticed over the time of us going that there's a few workers that don't know the menu because we order the same thing 98% of the time. A #1, very simple right? Well once or twice outta every 10 times we go, we get a #1 as a "roast beef classic" not a "beef n cheddar". Will continue to go but really sucks when you get home & take your first bite into a sandwich that's dryer than the Sahara desert.

Definitely one of the better Arby's that I have been to. The food was fresh, and the staff was helpful.Nowadays you're lucky at most restaurants if the person at the cash register even says may I help you, or how are you doing, or anything at all. They simply stand at the register and stare at you giving you a look that basically ask you to apologize for inconveniencing them with your presence.I hope that other places see the folks at this Arby's that I dealt with during my visit here and see how you should be. (Hopefully the rest of the employees are as good as the ones who are there while I was there. I wish I had their name so I could give them proper credit)

We dined in. Hamburgers were COLD and fries were barely warm. EVERY TIME we go there. We go to Arby's now and the food is HOT and delicious. No excuses for cold food..FIX IT!
Clerk was a star worker that day we visited.. order taker to floor sweeping to taking our trays... Without expecting anything but "Thanks"!
