Definitely don’t follow bigby standards. Went thru on a Sunday. Drink was Luke warm and did not taste good. I drink at birch run location daily. Bridgeport location needs to be re trained!

Love visiting this shop while passing though town. They are very fast and always make the best drinks and always serves with a smile and a laugh. Makes the visit more enjoyable and contributes to my frequent visits. I've even gone out of my way at times just to get my drinks from there! Keep up the great work ladies!!

Live the idea but Bridgeport is SLOW as molasses. I mean come on it’s just coffee. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes in line.

If you go in the morning at 730-8. It is the slowest place ever. So slow that myself and another customer left the line this am. They need to move a little faster or get some help there. Arms to be every time!!
the lemonade tasted like literal dirt water with a molded lemon squeezed in it. everything else was good but that's disgusting. i've never had lemonade taste like that. i also got a pickup and was almost 10 minutes late and for some reason had a decent wait

Only had a drink, no food. Honestly, I didn't even know there was any type of "food" to taste there. The service was great. Don't know how else to explain that going through a drive-through just isn't an atmospheric experience. All I did was drive in a open ended circle. Therefore, the atmosphere was just okay.
