This shop was an amazing addition to Bridgeport! I frequently go there and the service is always top notch, I’ve never had a wrong order, the coffee always tastes amazing, the food is always good. The entire staff is the best thing about it though! They’re always extremely friendly, they work efficiently, all of the staff seems to get along phenomenally and it makes me so happy to see a group of people always laughing and smiling together. 10/10 the best Biggby around, I can always count on them to put a smile on my face!!

Been here about 3 times so far and every time the faces are smiling and friendly. This is a drive thru coffee and you can walk up to order. So rating an atmosphere would be what I believe my vehicle interior was like this day. I could have been judging high if I looked under the seats but idk?

Definitely don’t follow bigby standards. Went thru on a Sunday. Drink was Luke warm and did not taste good. I drink at birch run location daily. Bridgeport location needs to be re trained!

I used to come here every single day on my way to work to get coffee since people here are so nice and they remember me. However, their driveway is lifting up so bad that I bottom my car out pulling in and out so I can no longer come here. They should really get on whoever installed it because they did a poor job.
