Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Ordered the chicken dumpling soup- it came out barely lukewarm Ordered the new chicken dippers with hashbrown casserole, fried apples and dumplings Chicken was good Hashbrowns were cold Fried apples were ok Dumplings were warm! Not the best meal and it seems to be going downhill This was the Bridgeport, Mi location

Service was a bit slow but the food was good. Nice range of menu selections. Prices were reasonable.

This is 2nd time going to this particular Cracker Barrel. Both times we ended up walking out of this place because we were not waited on. Waited about half an hour both times, no one came by to wait on us. Even with busy holiday , everyone around us were being waited on. We weren't rude at all, thanked the hostess for taking us to a table. We'll never go back to this particular CB!!
We've never had this experience at any other CB all these many years, even stayed at every CB on the way & back home to Arizona spending 7 months through the winter. We love the Cracker Barrel restaurants, pleasant family atmosphere.

Our server was AMAZING!! She was super sweet and joked around a lot with us. You could really tell she loved her job. Only downside was my steak had to be sent back three times to get it to the right colour but it was still delicious :) 9.5/10 would totally recommend

My country fried steak was cooked too long. It was dry and hard. I was kinda let down but it won't stop me from visiting again in the future. Maybe it was just a bad day.

The steak had a great deal of fat on it. I ordered a free pie on the app for my birthday and was informed that they would call my name when it was done. No one ever called my name. I was in the gift shop for over 20 minutes and went back to get in touch with the manager. He was on an interview. No one reached out to me to let me know that that pie was there, and I tipped for the pie as well as the cashier and let her know that I was waiting for it the steak that was served to my mother was not good at all. Everything else was satisfactory, but she took it home to eat and it had a great deal of grizzle on it. It was definitely not worth the price. I’m very disappointed that the manager Really did nothing to resolve this and I do want to emphasize that we tipped half of the price of our bill and our bill went to $80 so I’m not a happy customer but we tipped before we even received our food because my mother wanted to make the waitresses Holiday nice

Loud. Food was so-so. Turkey was skimpy. So much fat and etc. Poor waitress was overwhelmed. This was 5:00pm at night.
Selection of pie was limited.
Will not be back next Thanksgiving Day.

Parking: Not a big deal. The dinner was more important.

Food came out late and cold. Rewarming dumplings was not good. Made rather chewy!!! Cold hash brown casserole also . Waitress was busy but seemed to spend a great deal of time taking orders at each table. Love Cracker Barrel normally. But not this time.

Our breakfast was on point, honestly I have stayed away from CB lately, the food hasn't been that good. Today it was great, service was good as usual.
