Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

No waiting to be seated. Everything was good ,hot and fresh tasting. Our waitress was friendly and fast. She kept the coffees topped off. It was a very good experience this morning

A great family restaurant to take the family.

Their Sunday special was very good. Sides are not consistent from plate to plate. I would prefer my side to be in a little side bowl. Overall food was great.

Go back to your flakey biscuits for which you are known and loved. The new ones taste like any regular dinner roll that is available in stores and other lesser quality restaurants. They are horrible!!!! Please bring back your great flakey biscuits that are homemade!!!!

Cracker barrel old country chain. Consistent delicious country meals swerved hot.

Service was excellent, the wait wasn't long at all. Food was good, the servers was awesome. Jaden was a joy to have, he accommodated our every need. He was courteous and patient. Made the experience worthwhile. It felt like home, Lula was great as well, she was a sweetheart and greeted us like family.

Walked out after waiting for 10 mins to be seated. Then another 20 mins without so much as someone taking drink order. I could understand if restaurant was busy but it was not even close to busy.

Wonderful and friendly service, very tasty food and decent portions. It's a busy place, especially on a Sunday. Love to shop around in the gift store area just hard to get around sometimes with all the people waiting either for a table or to checkout.

Our Easter meal started out great. Our server started out getting everything we ordered to the table promptly, and checking back to see if anything else was needed. She later came back to ask about containers, and dessert. She returned with multi containers, & dessert at the same time. This jammed up the whole table, as we struggled to package everything, while our ice cream sat melting. We felt like we were being rushed out the door. We have never experienced this before. Ordered the chicken dumpling soup- it came out barely lukewarm Ordered the new chicken dippers with hashbrown casserole, fried apples and dumplings Chicken was good Hashbrowns were cold Fried apples were ok Dumplings were warm! Not the best meal and it seems to be going downhill This was the Bridgeport, Mi location

Service was a bit slow but the food was good. Nice range of menu selections. Prices were reasonable.

This is 2nd time going to this particular Cracker Barrel. Both times we ended up walking out of this place because we were not waited on. Waited about half an hour both times, no one came by to wait on us. Even with busy holiday , everyone around us were being waited on. We weren't rude at all, thanked the hostess for taking us to a table. We'll never go back to this particular CB!!
We've never had this experience at any other CB all these many years, even stayed at every CB on the way & back home to Arizona spending 7 months through the winter. We love the Cracker Barrel restaurants, pleasant family atmosphere.
