Luckily, still the original Old Fashioned Cracker Barrel. The service was great, our waitress was very fast and thorough. Our food came out quickly as well. A very pleasant experience.

It could have been better our waitress was a new . And one of the other employees took her ticket which was our food and gave it to his customers that was inappropriate. But the her overall customer service was very nice.

Excellent food and service. The only concern was as we were leaving, a family entered and they all reeked of marijuana. That would ruin someone's dining experience.

We've visited this cracker barrel many times over the years and have always enjoyed it. But this last trip was horrible! We took family there after telling them how amazing the food was. The food tasted old and like it was warmed in the microwave. At least the service was still top-notch. I know our guests will never go back, and we probably won't either.

My family loves this place. Liz was our waitress this time. She was smart and funny. And if she didnt know the answer, she asked. No shame in that. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great, and the employees are some of the nicest people I've met. Keep up the good work. And thanks to the CEO for changing her mind on the updates.

We are done with this place, I pickup & deliver meals for 10 to 12 senior familys & individuals monthly, recently several of them have told me they don't want to support the business anymore. I now have change the restaurant for them to Bob evans, all but 2 have said OK so no longer spending on average $250 a month at the cracker barrel, sorry, we loved the food.
