We ordered the 2 fer special. Got 2 double cheeseburgers. These burgers were so old and so cold the cheese wouldn't melt. They were like lifeless dry hockey pucks. The fries were no better. Stone cold bitter greasy sticks. Mind you this is at noon. What a freaking waste of money. We are travelling so that is what we got for our breakfast/ lunch. Just awful.

Sir with his hair locked stopped while he was cleaning to wash his hands and make our meals as it seemed he was the only one on the floor at the time. He was very prompt, professional, able to multitask and provided excellent customer service. One of the best meals that I have had from a fast food restaurant on a late night!!!! 10/10

The staff is super sweet and accommodating. I ordered a double hamburger 🍔 with no bun, extra lettuce, and tomatoes. They were so nice to do that for me. The girl was so nice about it.

I stopped here at the gas station this Hardees is attached to on 12/22/24 late evening, 12 hours into a 14 hour drive. Compared to the zoo that was the gas station this Hardees was practically a zen garden. I ordered a Frisco burger and had it faster than I've ever experienced in any Iowa, Minnesota, or Wisconsin. I was a bit dazzled by how fast it was, totally expecting to sit down for 5-10 minutes. Just awesome! The guys that worked there that night did a great job!
