Busy and very few lanes open for checkout

I walked in and almost turned to leave (bad vibe) and very cramped. Aisles are very narrow and not scooter friendly. Overall staff had a bad attitude except for customer service.

Most of the staff seem to NOT want to work.. morale seems low… purposely avoid customers… not the same store from 5 years ago or so…it’s sad
I seen a post a while back about kroger in bport, an elderly soiled themselves and everyone laughing.... well guess what?? I was just there in u scan and they are still laughing bout it. Group of workers in check out 2.. saying, well if they come through my lane, they better be coming through on a toilet ( everyone of them laughing. I couldnt find a manager, I'm so pissed, they lost my business for good
Based on the recent incident with an elderly woman, corporate was informed and I was told they are going to handle the situation.
The way your management & Staff treated this poor woman as evidenced below in comments has not gone unnoticed.. This is NOT the example for management to set for its employees, nor is the general attitude and conduct in that store. Folks are NOT COMING BACK. The entire crew working and participating in the RIDICULE of that woman that night should be TERMINATED.

I dont use the deli.dept...but it looks good!!
A 5 lb roll of hamburger is $19.99 pork chops were 15.00 and chicken was really process too this was on 6-18-20You cannot return bottles here either because they aren't allowing it
Not to bad of a store for being so small. Deli seems to have just a little selection of stuff vs there other stores.
If it weren't for the worker that was in the back cutting meat while hacking every few seconds... I wanted to tell them to go home, but decided not to buy anything from the deli for a few weeks - don't care if it was a cold, they were choking, or something else was going on. Was just a bad scene.
The Bridgeport Kroger has really gone downhill. Avoid the rude people and small selection and go to the State St location!
