Nuggets were super old and looked/tasted like the oil needs to be changed. Took a little while to get the food but thankfully a young gentleman came out from the back and started helping.

Slow service, Orders always wrong and messed up. I ordered just hot cakes & a hashbrown and never received my hash brown. Just lastnight my partner placed a order and the manger was very rude when delivering the food to the wait spot #1. My partner asked for a refund and she still hasn't received her refund. We had to go through the drive through twice for attention to receive the refund.

Your restroom tells a lot about a house or an organization's cleanliness hence why I gave this McDonald's 1-star, I wish I could have put no star but it won't allow me, it's 10:30am and the restrooms look like they haven't clean in a week, the changing table is falling off the wall and the toilet paper is on the ground of the restroom, the dining room very dusty, just makes me wonder what the kitchen is like đ€. I would have posted photos but I don't want to waste phone space.

Just to let you know. My mom found a tooth in her hamburger. People need to really check there food out. Plus the inside of McDonald's isn't clean. . I wouldn't send my pet dog there to eat anything from there

My wife put an online order in 20 mins before she got to the restaurant. She still had to wait 15 mins before they brought her out the food. At no time did anyone apologize for the wait. She interacted with 3 different staff members. 1 at the box, 1 at the window, and the 1 who brought the food out. All 3 were rude and acted like they could not be bothered with helping her.

No greeting from anyone. 6 of us waited to order, then gave up and used the kiosk: 2 were logged on - only one was working. Paid $30 with the RMDH roundup. Waited 20 minutes, while drive thru continuously received attention. No drinks were presented, no wait time was communicated, did NOT use my name for rewards, order was served off screen long before we received our food: 2 sausage muffins, 2 griddles, 2 hashbrowns, and 3 drinks. If you want service, use Drive thru.

To be honest, all Bridgeport fast food restaurants seem to suck. Messing up orders to long waits and cold food served.
No soap in men or womenâs restrooms, hand sanitizer also empty. Nobody at the front counter.
Ordered to eat in, ordered at kiosk. Food out quick but just in a bag like to go, no tray. Had to order at kiosk as no one showed up at tge counter
What are the best McDonald's in Saginaw Tri-City areas always on top of their game well except for when the ice cream machine is mysteriously down
Went through the drive through and they told me to pull into a spot. Waited 15 minutes before I went inside and was told they lost my order.
