this is one of the dirtiest mcdonalds I've been to. employees standing around in this filth and not cleaning anything the entire time i was present. it wasn't even busy and they couldn't be bothered to clean up

Basically if you've seen a quarter pounder is the same pretty much every place you go for McD land..lol. It's medium rare I visit this locale (no offense intended) I usually pass this one in a few minutes away (approximately 10 minutes don't quote me exactly on time) you're in Frankenmuth Michigan that has all sorts of food.

We have been here before and they weren't great but thought we would give it another chance. We ordered on mobile app (Just 10 peice nugget, and a $5 meal deal) they told us to pull to spot one and it took them 40min! We finally went in saw they were just hanging around talking so we asked what was going on and they were like oh so sorry for the wait let me go get that. They came back and we finally left and the fries were cold and super under cooked, and they forgot the nuggets for the meal deal. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonald's before but this place was awful and I hope they fix it to make it better because we are never going back to this location!

Workers and managers are absolutely incompetent. Went through drive-thru TWICE because they kept adding onions and pickles when I'm allergic to them. They claimed they would remake them correctly, and yet still managed to mess it up. Absolutely never coming here again, I'm not putting my health at risk coming to this restaurant.

The drive-thru is always a risk, pick left or right it’s a gamble, you may sit there for 2 seconds or maybe 15 minutes while you watch one side of the line move and your trapped and can’t back out or pull forward. Happens far more often then you’d think. Lazy workers leaving you sitting there and when you say “hello” they shoot back with “whenever your ready” LADY I’ve been ready for the 15 minutes I spent sitting here waiting for you to say anything back.
