Nuggets were super old and looked/tasted like the oil needs to be changed. Took a little while to get the food but thankfully a young gentleman came out from the back and started helping.

No greeting from anyone. 6 of us waited to order, then gave up and used the kiosk: 2 were logged on - only one was working. Paid $30 with the RMDH roundup. Waited 20 minutes, while drive thru continuously received attention. No drinks were presented, no wait time was communicated, did NOT use my name for rewards, order was served off screen long before we received our food: 2 sausage muffins, 2 griddles, 2 hashbrowns, and 3 drinks. If you want service, use Drive thru.

I go here to buy my employees lunch from time 2 time. We havent been able to buy a shake the last 2 visits. 1st time it was being cleaned at 130pm the 2nd time i dont know. Sux when u have ppl that want it. Everything else including employees are great.
