It's not the best Taco Bell experience, but I've had better experiences with other locations, and the food, service, and atmosphere weren't unexpecteable. Overall, it wasn't disappointing, and the food was edible.

Good vibes overall, good music played over the radio, they hooked me up with the chipotle sauce I requested on my beefy 5-layer burrito 🤙, food was ready within a minute! it was great 😁

I get its fast food but the food here is always a disappointment. Tastes old and stale and half the time it’s not even warm. Do yourself a favor and go a few extra miles into Frankenmuth. That Taco Bell is much better!

The food tasted like it was made hours prior. My first order dropped to the ground after waiting several minutes to get started. Then the make up order was slopped together to make up time. I had no beef in my double BEEF burrito. I'm pretty sure I'm done eating fast food thanks to this Taco Bell. Horrible.

Idk what happened to this tacobell but this has happened to me multiple times where I order ahead on the app for lunch then when I show up I'm waiting 15-20 minutes for my food. I thought it was a one time but it has happened multiple times now.

Horrible service. Every single stinking time we order, there is an issue. Last night an entire meal was missing from our to go order. We called to complain and the manager told us he thought we changed our order because there were only 2 of us. When we TOLD him while we were there that we still wanted said missing order. AND, he gave us the drink for this missing order. How is that confusion? Seems like they need to hire people who are competent in listening to people...manager included. It isn't that hard.
